Thank you Whataburger for taking the time to ask me what would I like to order. But not take the time to give me my correct order!!! Basically I got whatever you wanted to give me!!!!
We were there during lunch time on a holiday weekend on vacation from our of town. They were busy but none the less quick. Food was fresh, hot and tasted great! The manager and staff were very attentive. The manager was also very diligent about ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant. He also did a great job of helping out where needed and delegating tasks as needed. Outstanding job!! I would definitely visit there again if (or when) we are back in the area!
It's a Whataburger. Nothing fancy here. It's a very clean store. They've got good food and a short wait between ordering and eating. Abel took our order, fixed a problem that was our fault cheerfully, offered good suggestions and came to see us after we were done eating to see how everything was. Excellent attention to the food and to the little details. Highly Recommend.
The cherry on top of a terrible night. The dine in area was closed so we had to order through drive thru. It took a good while just to order our food, but it took much longer to get to the window and even receive our order. I’ve never waited this long to get fast food, especially when there aren’t that many people. We waited almost an hour to receive our food, which was still not how we ordered it once we got back to our room. I had to go back to get the sauce I paid for since it wasn’t in the bag. There was no communication from the employees about the wait time or the status of our order. Employees did not even remember our order as we had to refresh their memory. I don’t ever want to experience such terrible service ever again… not to compare the bottom of the barrel cold fries I got in my order lol….
It was really busy with serving teenagers and almost ready to leave. Just hoping the wait not long we stayed. This place was a really great restaurant especially this location. Everything was hot and served as a Whataburger should be. Keep this on your places to go.
they took way too long to deliver us two milkshakes, we had to go up to them and ask if they were ready. Other than that it was good and they had good customer service, they just took too long.
Whataburger taking fast food out of fast food restaurants. Joking aside is the worst place I've ever eaten in my life service sucks only because their employees are not trained. That has a lot to say about their management.
It’s unbelievable the service they give you and try to make excuses on what they provided!
My first experience. Burger was good but just average good. Fries slightly underdone. Shake was terrible. Ordered chocolate got vanilla. When I complained employer insisted it was chocolate. It was white and tasted vanilla not brown. Chocolate is brown. My first and last what burger.
I want to rate this lower than 3 stars but my family enjoyed their food. The staff was rude. They were in no hurry to get us our food after an unusually long wait. They even delivered the wrong food to us at one point. When we finally received our food the staff did not thank us for our service or apologies for the delay. It was more like a cold standoff. My food wasnt like I expected. I'm not sure what other whataburgers are like but I won't be going to any of them. My family did enjoy their meals very much.
