The place was clean... the people were way more than friendly.... just a really nice up scale bar and grill. As for the walk in humidor... it is as nice as it sounds! First class.
This place is the best bar on the island. It's where the locals hang out and the prices are great especially the drinks. People were very friendly and it's a great place to get advice on fishing trips and charters. One of the locals brought in a big bowl of homemade civiche from fish caught the day before and shared with the entire bar. Definitely my favorite place to kick back and have a beer on the island. Best thing of all, ITS AIR CONDITIONED! ???
Everything was great, the food, the music, the service. Only downside was waiting for our food for a bit, however it was worth the wait. Oh yeah onion rings and the stuff burgers were great.
Corn sweet nuts are pretty good. Carolina Reaper Very Hot wings are delicious. But only for the adventurous. Lol!! The hotness goes away after a few minutes. Old fashion is pretty good. The Paloma needed a little bit more flavor. We are Definitely going back.
Great locals bar. Good prices and smaller menu to make choices easier. The pizzas are a must have!

Probably the best bar we got to visit in south padre. We were on spring break but had an excellent time there. Drinks were cheap, bartender and owner were super friendly. Definitely a more family oriented bar. Food was super cheap, and good. If you’re looking to grab a drink and don’t mind the smell of smoke, this is the place to go
it’s an excellent spot to enjoy and relax. The bartenders mix the drinks well and are friendly. They have pool tables if you are in for a game or two.
I arrived with 3 friends expecting to order a bottle and a few shots… upon arrival the bartender asked me who I was and why I was at the bar. I then ask him what he meant? He then stated that I and my friend where not allowed in this facility….. I have traveled 100 times in my life and never in my 40 years of life felt so belittled and disrespected. I understand that certain individuals don’t like other humans, but I am a hard working American that supports all walks of life. I do not recommend anyone this terrible facility.
Both times we have been here, there was live music in the afternoon and very enjoyable. The bartenders have been friendly and courteous. There is a lower area and an upper area. The upper part was closed both times due to not enough help. This is a smoking bar.
