South Padre Island is great to come to the beach and experience. This McDonald’s restaurant seem to be about average to most McDonalds I’ve been to. Not the worst in service and the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. They were out of the coke Slushees. On a week where humidity makes it feel like 98 all the cold slushees should be in full force.
Came with family. We dined in. First impression was it's very very clean. Good service. The reason that made it amazing was there was a young man cleaning everything. First time I see someone work so hard. He deserves to be recognized. Thank you Victor Perez for being such a hard worker. During these time it's hard to find workers like Victor. Made my visit unforgettable. Thank you again.
They were rude and gave me everything wrong. For example,i ordered 20 chicken nuggets regular and they gave them spicy.
Ordered thru drive thru, kids meal cheese burger plain once we got to our hotel my daughter was upset the burger had everything
One of the Worst Mcdonalds service...The Manager, Marta, should be fired...and the rest of the crew for that matter...they are LITERALLY THE WORST CREW MCDONALD'S HAS AT A RESTAURANT....WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!I bought my son a hamburger happy meal with extra fries instead of apples, but only received one bag of fries. My son wanted the extra bag of fries, but they said they gave a bigger bag of fries. We didnt ask for a bigger bag, we asked for the extra bag of fries. The point that the manager will argue with a 9yr old is absurd.
Trash trash trash. No wonder there was no line when I went. They filled up less than half of my fries and served me a Mcdouble drowned in mustard when I asked for a quarter pounder. Worst Mcdonald's I have ever been to. I should have gotten Whataburger instead of this garbage. For the 10 bucks I wasted, the wait would have been worth it over there instead of this dump. What a rip off. Serving me that pathetic excuse of a burger.
I don't rate fast food places a lot, but definitely one of the better McDonald's establishments I've been to, period.
Sorry no photos. If you're coming from the north you have to make a u-turn, but I've ordered on the app here twice and I've had excellent service with very friendly people at the speaker and the windows. I mean, I'm not a big app person. But free large fries and $1 coke makes my double cheeseburger, fries and soda like $4. That's a pretty good deal when the whataburger is over $4 for just a sandwich.
Restaurant is always clean. Staff members are friendly and food orders usually come out correct. HOWEVER there is one reaccuring problem I find over and over again. If u walk in and nobody is standing up front, behind the registers- you'll be waiting a minute before they notice u standing there. There should always be someone watching the door for efficient service.
Good service but all tables were dirty with little signs saying that the table had been cleaned and disinfected. Clearly NOT!
