Son ordered Cesar Salad…..no dressing on it but they dropped a large handful of ranch on the table. Daughter ordered tortilla soup and got something only resembling it because of the tortilla strips. It was gross. I ordered fish and chips. They had no malt vinegar and again dropped a large handful or tartar sauce packets on my table. It was super bready. I cut the thing and only the fish flakes out…..the breading was intact. Waste of money and time. Super disappointed.
Only 1 other person in the restaurant and nobody would wait on us. Had to ask for assistance then while placing the order she walked off without getting the whole order. Had been In The night before and staff wouldn't get off their phones to help. We walked out. Staff was always rude

We called and made them aware that a group of 14 wanted to go over and eat ahead of time. There was two servers in practically empty inside the restaurant. We were there 2 hours and only half of our group got our food. One of the servers was super lazy and did not help out in expediting the food. I practically had to get up and get my own silverware to for my family that got there food to eat. SPOKE TO THE MANAGER ABOUT THE ISSUES BUT DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT OUR CONCERNS ABOUT GETTING FOOD SERVED IN A TIMELY MANNER. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK!
