Worst service ever, took forever....cashier was annoyed/rude taking orders., it's KFC and NO fries, they've ran out., took forever to get to window to pay., cashier is like., (rude)tenders will take 10 minutes if you wanna wait., how come you didn't tell me that before I replied..... her answer: you haven't paid, if you don't wanna wait go.....Decided to wait cause that's what my kids wanted. 20 min later no food., when finally got it just wanted to get the out of there., when i got to my hotel, not what I ordered., mac and cheese nowhere to be found chicken was ok...I'm just not coming back to this location period...
Fist time could not hear the person to order asked her to speak up, she said, drive up please, I left 2nd time my Ck sandwich did not look like the commercials it must has been sitting under the light. Crust was soft & sandwich was dry!

I bought in drive trhu 8 PIECES tenders whit 4 sauces macaroni AND fries, they din't give me the 4 sauces not even ketchup ?
Over 30 minutes to get food because they gave it away to the wrong people when we were waiting inside. They kept passing us telling us a couple minutes. Then they said we gave you a cookie for your wait. Making post before I even try the food.
The chicken sandwiches are awesome when fresh, but they weren't this time.

Drive thru speaker is horrible. Ordered two kids meals with mac n cheese. Nothing to eat with or napkins. Hello.... its kids meals! Seriously?
