The server came like 20 min after we got sat down ,server smelled awful and over all we didn’t have a good experience

Order online! Denny’s was a nice reprieve from being stuck at On The Border in the Hilton. We ordered online and went to pick it up. The food was ready on time, and it sure beat standing in line waiting to get a seat in there on a Sunday morning! Our only issue was the fruit was missing from our Grand Slams :(. A little disappointing, but not the end of the world.
Food was good. Came out really fast even though there were 8 of us. Waitress was super nice and attentive.Only concern was the lady at the front. She made a complaining comment to her coworker about being 8 of us.
Did you find it after being seated... We ordered coffee and water the water was hot with three pieces of ice the coffee was unbearably cold... The next couple coffee was hot like the just rewarming the old one. They did not have regular creamer although it was French vanilla they had to bring us a glass of milk... The sandwich I ordered was salty... Our order took more than 15 minutes to get to us when the restaurant was not even full..
Went for breakfast. There were a total of 3 tables, being used. 2 people at each table. The service was absolutely lacking. There was no hash browns, no ham, and we were served the wrong thing. The food was a 2 at best. We've eaten at Denny's for years. That's our go to place for breakfast. We're definitely looking for somewhere else to eat breakfast for the remainder of our vacation.
Maybe we should have been warned when we realized that we were the only guests in the restaurant for dinner. Other than breakfast items and sandwiches there was hardly anything on the menu to choose from. My husband order chicken fried steak dinner and I had a sirloin steak. The mash potatoes with both meals were barely warm, the steak overcooked and the chicken fried steak quite tasteless. We won't come back for dinner.
Delicious as always but let me tell you I have never had a waitress so kind, attentive and fast. Priscilla was by her self 10ish pm waiting tables checking people in and out with such a nice attitude. The five stars are for her. Really wow. You go girl.
