Ehhh it was ok I got a strawberry shake but I asked if they can do a vanilla Boston in the middle of my shake which is a vanilla drop in the middle of the shake the didn't know what I was talking about ? Dairy queen by us in Chicago and like indiana do it like that and the root beer shake was not all that great either but hey that my opinion and I won't be back atleast not while I'm out here still. Maybe I'll try again the next time I fly out here...
Terrible customer service, poorly managed. My order was incorrectly submitted, when my food was delivered I pointed out the discrepancy (no cheese or bacon) and was told I would have to pay for the cheese and bacon. When I asked to speak to the manager he chose to question his subordinate while a line of people were waiting for them to figure out the issue. I felt terrible for the inconvenience I created and told the to keep my meal and use the money for training. My family ate without me.
Need a quick pick me up. Ordered just a cone to tide me over for the afternoon. Delicious.
So disappointed asked for a kids meal cheese burger ? plain and dry, they did not put the fries and the burger had everything and no cheese my 6 year old was so mad and we didn’t have time to go back and complain
Very comfortable coming to this dairy queen with my kids because not very many restaurants have their employees wearing masks still and here at this dairy queen all the cashiers, cooks and other employees continue to wear them. So unlike other places we stopped going to, we will definitely continue coming here. Thank you Dairy Queen for respecting your customers and keeping the masks on.
Standard DQ fare delivered by friendly and efficient team. Delicious root beer float, amazing seasalt caramel Blizzard.
Food was good. No napkins anywhere, so we had to ask for them. The music in the restaurant was loud and absolutely horrible.
This is a very busy visit but they tried hard to make our visit great. The food was lukewarm and a little disappointing. It is a family-owned DQ and they worked hard given that they had a group of 50 kids arrive at the same time that we did.
Good service, we sit outside and enjoyed our Mini Blizzard after a nice bike ride. Inside the restaurant last time we went was stuffy but it seemed to be fixed.
Awesome food great service. Nice cozy place. Best dq burger ever. Nice and toasted. Definitely going back next time i visit the island.
