Great service, good drinks and fresh seafood. The stuffed flounder was excellent. Oysters were great. The only downside is that it isn’t on the water and there aren’t good views of the ocean.

The blackened red snapper was done to perfection. Fork tender and moist. The spices enhanced the fish's flavor. Would definitely come back again.

I have never brought my family to South Padre Island. The last time I came was in 2015 for a business event. So I didn’t get to explore the island nor its restaurants. This time for Spring Break I brought my husband and children. Trying new restaurants is always a risk when you’re visiting a new area, but sometimes it can be worth it. I only took away one star because we waited a long time for our food to arrive. However, everything was delicious. It was my husband, myself, and our three children. I initially wanted to come here for the seafood boil because I love boils. Instead, I ordered the Red Snapper Rockefeller. Kudos to the waiter who motioned me to order it since it was caught that same day. So it was super fresh! It was joined with Rockefeller 3-cheese cream sauce mixed with spinach and shrimp. It also came with a side of red potatoes. The entire combination was tasty. I added a side of white rice because I love sauce with white rice. My husband ordered The Bayou, which was a blackened fish filet with crawfish etouffee and white rice. He enjoyed his meal too. My 11 year old ordered the chicken strips and fries, my 10 year old ordered the shrimp Alfredo pasta (she devoured it quickly), and my 5 year old ordered the popcorn shrimp (it was a large portion for a kid’s meal). My husband and I also ordered drinks. I had a Prickly Pear Margarita and he ordered a drink called Green Gator. Both were delicious and came in souvenir cups. Our ticket was around $127. I say it was worth it. The long wait didn’t matter once we tasted the drinks and food. We will be coming back here when we travel to South Padre again!

Had not eaten good Cajun food outside of Louisiana in a while. Really enjoyed the spacious dinning experience and great food!

great place to eat sea food, highly recommender

Saturday night dinner with the family. I recommend the musette plate it’s Cajun creamy and so delicious!! Staff was friendly and attentive. We had the mango chamoy margarita and the red headed pina colada - no complaints on either. Definitely will return when in the area.

Fabulous food, Great warm and welcoming service. Fun place to eat. Dinner, Dancing, entertainment. Family owned! Local eats. You won’t go wrong.

We ate at Daddy's on a Saturday night for a casual dinner. We were seated quickly and our waitress came over about 2 minutes later, despite it being quite busy. Food was absolutely fabulous, my margarita was generous and delicious, and our waitress amazing. She was knowledgeable about the menu and confidently answered our questions, and she had just the right balance of attentive yet unobtrusive. In short, a near-perfect dinner experience and a great value!

I ordered the almondy and though it ended up looking good, the food was bland. The fish was crunchy though and the potatoes were delicious which was a plus. One of my family members ordered blackened fish tacos and they were out of this world! I recommend anything with the blackened fish since it was loaded with flavor.
