I've always wanted to try BurgerFi and we found one on our vacation in South Padre. The first night we went there we were informed that they couldn't accept any more patrons because some machines were broken. I was bummed but made it a mission to go the next day. They still had broken machines and were very understaffed. Our cashier was kind and apologetic for everything. Our food was delicious! The CEO was the best burger ever!! The onion rings also best ever as were the truffle and parmeson fries! Absolutely delicious!!
Maybe I didn’t get the right thing…I got the bacon burger and it was just a very dry patty with some bacon. Nothing else, no lettuce, pickles, nothing. (I got mayo and ketchup from the counter) I’m not sure if I was supposed to ask for these things. Usually burgers come with at least lettuce, regardless it was so dry and just not the best. Again… maybe I got the wrong thing.
Loved the spicy fries! There are multiple soft drink mixes one can program into the drink dispenser. The hamburger was excellent! The chili dog was excellent as well! We ate inside but there is seating and tables al fresco as well.
Do yourself a favor and order the cry-fry (3 onion rings and fries, see the picture). The family loved the burgers and chicken fingers. All at a decent price.
for the first time here was very pleased food was delicious only thing meat seemed a little dry but everything else was perfect loaded fries was awesome
Delicious food!! I was hesitant tot ray the quinoa burger but so glad I did. It was so good. Fries and onion rings were excellent too. Others got double bacon cheese burger and spicy chicken sandwich. Big group and nothing but good things to say about the friendly and helpful staff along with the yummy yummy food!
The burger that I had ordered was juicy and flavorful, it hit the spot. I wish fries and a drink were included with the price, but I thought it was really cool that they had the stamp burnt into the buns.
Absolutely phenomenal. Quick service, polite staff, and the food was incredible. The burgers themselves were savory and juicy, the lettuce high quality, and even the tomatoes were bursting with flavor. 10/10, would recommend. Also THE TRUFFLE FRIES!!!!!!!!!
Cheeseburger was good but fries were super soggy and coke was out and staff didn’t know how to purchase gift card that they were advertising right on counter .every table was dirty even though not very busy . Went back to try again and use gift card and same soggy fries and dirty tables .
The attention is very good, the food is the same, it complies with all the security measures, the place is very spacious and they have their designs of their things
