I will never spend nor refer anyone to this Wingstop again. My son loves to eat carrots and the people who prepared the order took half the carrots and dumped them in the bottom of the bag. I don't care the wings was salty as hell but when you do my child food like that. Never again and the reason why Buffalo Wild Wings will always have my support along with my family and friends
The food was great, bathroom doesn't agree with me?
I have always went to buffalo wild wings but i thought that i would give wing stop a try. I waited for over 45 minutes for our food. When it finally came it was okay but not fantastic. Definitely will go to buffalo wild wings from now on. What a mistake.
Called them 6 times and no one answer and it was 11 no answer we went up there told them why they weren’t answering they said we didn’t get the calls showed them the calls and they said they were close when they close @12
Oh man garlic parmesan nom nom nom! Waits aren't too bad, no trash cans in the dining area so it's hard to clean up after yourself. Clean bathrooms.
The quality of the service was poor.The server who took my order was not listening and gave me the wrong product, than what I asked him for. The workers were not friendly, and didn’t greet anyone politely as is expected every time you go into a Wingstop.
The food is as good as any Wingstop if you EVER get your correct order, which I never do. Infuriating when you order delivery, pay extra for what you want, and never get it. I’m going to start getting my wings elsewhere. This is the most horribly managed Wingstop I have ever seen. And the customer service there is terrible too.
They always so dam dry ? they never put sauce in it! I had to ask them after I had called and let them know ?
I love love love this wingstop!!! I wish we had one in Gainesville, TX. But I don't mind driving to Sherman, TX for my cajun fried corn.
Second time we've ordered and had it doordashed to us and both times they forgot to add our ranch dip that we ordered.
