Horrible. nasty. just all around disgusting and they don't care

Waited 28 minutes in the drive thru line with only 2 cars ahead of me. I asked at the window if they put ranch in one chicken strip meal and gravy in the other chicken strip meal box she opened both and said yes. Got the food and it all was cold with no gravy in one and jalapeños ranch in the other instead of regular ranch. Gave a small fry where there was supposed to be a large. 2 out of the 3 drinks were half way full with about 4 pieces of ice.

We ordered online at 9:20 pm. Was supposed to be ready at 9:30. We didn't get our order until 9:50 after we checked with 3 different employees regarding our order. The place wasn't busy but orders came out very slowly. This is my first ever experience with a Whataburger and maybe my last. I got their Whataburger with cheese. It was just okay. In-and-out is a far superior burger plus much faster.

Just your regular ol patty melt! Inside was clean and staff was friendly as well as having a good time but still being attentive to the patrons.

Well I would leave a good review but went inside because there was so many cars outside and waited in line with the other 3 people and when they got to me the lady at the cash register just decided to leave the cash register and start walking around. Laundrom at all that was about but it was very disturbing. There are too many places to get a breakfast sandwich so I would definitely stay on top of this situation if I were you.

In the future, I will not accept any delivery offers that require me to go to this location. The front counter employee I believe his name was Dezmond did a great job he let the kitchen know I was waiting for a delivery order. The kitchen and manager did a terrible job on the other hand. Then while I was waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes for the customer's order I clearly hear and see a manager down talking to the employee and telling him he better do this and that at the counter where customers can hear and see. You don't treat your employees like that in front of customers take it to the office. I suggest you all get some type of manager training program. Nobody wants to work for a boss they want to work for a leader. I had to cancel that delivery and now a customer is without food. I'm never coming back.

This Whataburger location has no sense of urgency. The area manager watches his employees struggle while he sits around and does some paperwork that could wait till after a rush. For someone that's worked here before for 7 years this location maddens me because I know it can be better. Get it together people.

At midnight the line was long. There were few dining choices, and none as tempting as Whataburger. I don't expect too much now days, but they handed us our order, exactly right, and with a smile. The taquitos were fresh, and the breakfast burger was a perfect way to end a day.

Awful.No stars. Food was awful. Wait was over an hour. Food burnt. No butter IN THE Restaurant! Found me something that was supposed to be melted butter (for my pancakes). My original order was a breakfast burger. Burnt bacon, burnt hash browns on a tasteless burger patty. Stale bun... Rubbery egg thing.Never going back. No sight of what Whataburger was.

Only giving 2 stars because the lady who ran the window greeted me with a smile and was very nice. However, I'm at the point where Whataburger breakfast at 2am is an addiction. Not because it's good, but because I'm chasing that 1st time I actually had freshly cooked taquitos. After waiting for 20+mins you would expect the food to be hot and fresh. The past 4 times it has not. I have given up now and will go somewhere else after I get off late from work.
