I have been to the Sherman location 100's of times over the years. But today will be my last time. I was informed today I had to pay .50 for a bbq sauce and was offered some ketchup for free. This is beyond ignorant as I just paid 9 dollars for my meal why should I have to pay .50 for the condiment that goes with it? Wendys resorting to nickel and diming their customers is a huge joke. The do the same with the lemonade. Extra charge if you get it with your meal instead of a soda. Not sure how this place will ever stay in business with Chikfila and Canes right down the road who provide their condiments(and lemonade) for no extra charge for the same priced meals. As dirty as this place has always been its a wonder they are allowed to stay open. One last thing, the lady in the first drive thru window taking payment today is awesome. She is so friendly and provided great service. Get out of there asap queen. Wendys doesn't deserve you.

Last two times I went there was hair in my food. First time was about a week and a half ago and there were MULTIPLE pieces of hair in my baconator fries and yesterday I went thinking it probably wouldn’t happen again and I found hair in my small regular fries. I don’t understand how they managed to do that but I just hate to imagine if my burger or coke had hair too and I just couldn’t see it. So needless to say I won’t be eating there again any time soon
Wow, is 930pm.. I just got home to eat with my kids and our food was nasty!! My fries are burned the chicken nuggets are hard and looks like they were bit!! My kid had a chicken sandwich we had to throw that out as well because it was hard and cold! This is not cool at all, money and time waisted!! Ive been calling them but something is wrong with their phone.. NEVER AGAIN
Line was long, and employees got everyone taken care of fast. Food was good.
Came here the other day. Food was alright but u what bothered me was their soda machine spit orange dye all over my jeans, shirt and sweater. When I told the employee their response was oh hmmm, it must be dirty. Hmmm so, I'm drinking dirty soda with who know what kind of bacteria and have a ruined outfit. Thanks.
