We enjoyed our experience at Texas Roadhouse. Thankfully, we called ahead for reservations. So, we were seated quickly. It was extremely busy! We waited some time for the food, but it was worth the wait. The food was cooked just as we requested, and the server did a fantastic job of taking care of us. I would highly recommend calling ahead for a table. It's worth the effort.
Overall a decent experience - my waitress did forget to ring in my order, but was very apologetic for the whole situation. Aside from that, she gave me stellar service. The food was delicious! And for the quality of steak, a decent price. Would definitely come back -- especially for those rolls
It’s been a while since e I’ve had Texas Roadhouse & I don’t recall it being THIS GOOD before. We had a perfect experience, and the food was delicious. Great salad...veggies consisted of carrots & broccoli, perfectly seasoned. This is the best service at a restaurant that I’ve experienced in the last 2 years. Trevor was attentive, quick, and kept our beverages full. We waited about 3 minutes for a table, which was shocking because the place was packed.
I'm extremely disappointed. We have been to multiple locations in multiple states. Rolls, utensils, and water on the floor under our table. We told multiple people about the mess; no one seemed to care. Medium is not rare. White rice should be served with beef tips, not brown rice. Bent utensils. Employees who don't seem to care about our opinions.
Excellent as always. Our server was Mack tonight. He was amazing! He checked to be sure there would be no issues with my food allergies and was always checking to see if we were good. The steaks were perfectly cooked. Everything looked perfect when it arrived and tasted heavenly.

The ribs were really good. Margaritas are always good. The rolls are amazing with the cinnamon butter. Service is mostly good, except today. Our waitress was semi snooty.

The Service was amazing from the second we walked in to the second we walked out. Our Waitress Vanah was very sweat and very out going wonder person. The food was amazing and the steaks were just right! Management was also very nice and kind. Great job all around!
We came in hungry after our daughter played a softball double header and left full and happy. Thanks to Ryan (girl) who took great care of us and got us hot country fried steak and beef tips quickly. She even kept my hot tea filled. We will have many chances to come back when we visit our girl at Austin College.
