Absolutely the slowest and worst service I've encountered lately--and there is a lot of horrible customer service out there! I will never return to this restaurant, based on today's lack of service and rude employees, who looked right at me, then looked away and continued doing what they were doing, completely ignoring the paying customer in front of them.
Extremely lazy night shift crew, attitude from hell, ignored me, drink was flat and nasty, they were to lazy to grab a drink carrier. Worst experience and honestly they need to be retrained or fired because it was ridiculous and disrespectful how they treated a customer.
This place is the slowest taco bell. You would think without the lobby open that they could fill up a power bowl and run drive thru. But no. Just shut this one down if yall cant do any better than this.
Dining room was closed forcing people to go through drive thru. The wait was well over 20 minute's.
Not sure how a Taco Bell manages to run out of lettuce but of course they are. And you can’t know through the app so we have to wait to go there for them to tell us and because we ordered on the app (which won’t let us cancel) they can’t cancel on their end. DO NOT GO HERE.
I can't really blame the employees as I've witnessed at times they are short staffed. Which is the company's problem as for many other fast food places trying to over work employees. Sometimes the wait times are 30 minutes which sucks when it's my lunch break and I thought going at 1:30 would be better than right around noon. My experience with kfc is always faster when it comes to serving food. That is only if there is a shorter line. Taco bell seems to take much longer . I got taco bell today and didn't get the 2 sides of sour cream I ordered as well as none of the burritos were labeled so I had to open every single one to find out what was what. Even though I planned on saving some for later had to open just about all of them. Which is super inconvenient.
Double charged my card and keeps giving me a run around on who to speak with now being told i have to wait for them to process both payments to get refund. It shorted my bank. They could have canceled one charge but no manager to do so.
Ordered 2 ORIGINAL CHICKEN SANDWICHES and it was rung up what I ordered and put spicy sauce ALL OVER IT AND WAS A LOT, no ice in our Pepsi when we wanted ice, mash potatoes they were stingy with gravy, chicken sandwich we threw away and didn’t enjoy it. Last time wasting money here and will be going to Durant next time, thanks black man with bad eye working window who can’t comprehend
My boyfriend went and ordered me 3 soft tacos and nachos with cheese. They gave me 3 hard tacos and fully loaded nachos. Which would be okay but I hate sour cream.He didn’t think to check the bag because it’s the most simple order and didn’t think it would mess up. This location has done this to me twice. They need new management or need to train their employees better.
