Ordered 6 crunchy tacos and 12 packs of fire sauce. What I got was 6 cold, soggy, dripping tacos leaking from the wrapper and no sauce at all. This is the first time I've had this problem.
I got the taco pass to save money.Then I ordered a taco because you get 1 a day. The pass was something like $10.83.When I ordered the taco,it showed over $3.The manager said he would comp it.When I checked my account,it showed $28 missing. $99-$28 equals $71.Then, when I tried to use the rewards,I wasn't allowed.Now it showed that I used 1.I feel like they owe me $17 + the taco from the reward they stole from me .Taco Bell doesn't care about it's customer service.I hate Taco Bell.I hate censorship.
Drink machine has been broken for some time. Drive through fairly slow.. food is typical Taco Bell.. service was good.
I went through the drive through, the line was long but I didn't have to wait long they did great getting everyone taken care of fast! I ordered one of the burritos off the value menu and two soft tacos. Everything was good, I got home with everything I ordered and the staff were very friendly. I know working fast food is hard, so I have to applaud the staff at this taco bell for their work and attitude ?
Disgusting stale over cooked. Order wrong, had no warning they were out of items and toppings. No offer to fix or help change order. Do not go here it is disgusting and not worth your time.
The last 2 times I’ve gone I have had horrible service. The first time they could only take cash and instead of having someone out there to let people know so they don’t sit in a 20 minute line with limited time for lunch.Just now went through the line and got to a discussion about what’s on the menu. I read verbatim what I wanted on the menu and she said she had no clue what I was talking about. If it’s on your menu don’t treat your customers like idiots when we are RIGHT! If its not correct update it.
Honestly, this Taco Bell disappoints every time. Without fail, they mess up my order, but I have to keep going as food in Sherman always closes early- leaving place this as my only option. As a vegetarian, they often give me meat. Yes, they do fix my food when I go back, but it takes the "fast" out of "fast food", and makes it very inconvenient. Some of the staff is super sweet (especially the very kind older lady), but not all.
food is good sometimes they mess up my order but they r human so it’s fine. cinnamon delights r to die for

hello, i am not one to write reviews but i am so upset. :/ i came in tonight (12/29/21) and ordered 4 burritos, 3 soft tacos, a chicken quesadilla, a black bean quesarito, and a 12 COUNT OF CINNABON BALLS!!! BUT! i did not receive the balls with my order…i tried to call things right, but no one answered! i called multiple times and when i thought they finally answered, they immediately hung up! horrible servicei am so disappointed, i’m only giving more then one star because everything else was correct. so upset
