I saw the ad for the Italian Sub, which looked delicious. I got home and opened up a hot mess of a sandwich. Shredded chicken, bacon, cucumber, pickles, onion and spinach. Nothing close to what an Italian sub is supposed to be. I gave it a chance anyway, one bite and the rest got trashed. Taste was horrible, I questioned if the put tuna on the darn thing!
I used to come to this subway often due to the fact that it was super close to where I work, never really had a problem and Christian, (if I remember correctly.) was always a delight. Started going here again but last week the app malfunctioned and charged my card two hours after I had already attempted to place the order. Called at about 10pm and asked if they could put it away so I could get it on my way to work at about 6am. I was told they'd leave a note and it would be no problem but when I arrived the following day, I was told there was never any note or sandwich found. The daytime manager accused me of lying and at that point I was just fed up, he put his hand up as I tried to explain and said he would remake the sandwich but after telling me I'm making this up. Annoyed and confused, I walked over to ask another employee a question and when I came back, he finished my sandwich and I went home to find out he made it incorrectly out of spite. All and all, I still like subway and I ate it. Oh well.
Employees are too incompetent to understand their job. Zero customer service, wrong pricing on signs and has no idea what they are supposed to do.
If your a dasher be prepared to deliver your customers order late. When I get a delivery pickup from this location it's a flip of a coin if it's going to be ready or even started. In the future I'm probably going to decline orders i receive from this location. I do not recommend this location if you deliver for doordash, uberats, grubhub or etc.

Ok service. If they're going to advertise closing at 0100 am then they need to close at 0100.... not 1245! But I do commend them for being open later than most places to give us night workers a chance to get some food.
Order was incorrect not just one but twice. Both times order was echoed back. The amount of time to make 2 sandwiches was absurd. All for hiring younger aged individuals,bit let's make sure they have direction and guidance.
Didn’t experience the best customer service on my last visit, but the service and food were amazing this time. THANK YOU JEREMY, BOB AND CHRISTIAN!!!!!
