I ran to sonic today before work because I really wanted a diet dp. I ordered a diet dp, cheese sticks and a pretzel with cheese. Not only did my order take 20 mins to get to me, my drink was wrong I got some kind of cherry something and no cheese with my pretzel and didn’t find that out until I was already back home... I didn’t have time to wait around another 20 mins for my order to be corrected either. I just won’t be back.
Gave me mini milkshake instead of large. Forgot about my sweet tea and when reminded I was brought one but it was a peach tea, normally I’d be alright with it, but then I saw the other side of the cup when I got home and it had someone named “Jencie” named on it……. This was an employees drink??? 100% unacceptable.Maybe you should take the time to make the drink not lazily grab a random one off the counter.
Food was good and they got our order right! Only issue was the app. would not load so we could tell them the stall. We let them know and they were able to pull it.
Worst place ever not only did they make me wait 30 minutes on the drive thru speaker but also when I went up to the window they wouldn’t take my order and told me to to go around again and wouldn’t give me the happy hour special after they made me wait 30 minutes till the special was over
So I go in expecting to be able to use my card atone the stations but nope. I wasn't able to and it said I'll pay with cash, my server comes up and give me my food, I tell her I wanted to pay with my card, she takes it so that she can run it through. I'm waiting for a good 10 to 15 minutes for her to come back and she doesn't so I call her up again and the manager tells me that my respite says that I paid with cash and even my server says I did even though 10 or 15 minutes ago she took it from me. The manager tells me all she can do is call me if they find it and I drove home drive away screaming and crying because the people working over there were irresponsible enough to lose somebody's money. ?
Ordered $36 worth of food, drove home and half it is was missing. Seriously disappointed. It was my wife's birthday and she wanted Sonic.
Lunch rush was packed but still managed to get into a spot, order and be back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Car hop was very friendly. My only complaint was the price. Twelve dollars and some change for two side (L chili cheese tots & soft pretzel) and a Route 44 tea.
I'm being nice, the patties looked like they were boiled, not grilled. The meat looked white, tots were cold. The one thing hot was chedr Popper's. Won't be going there no more
Asked for a buffalo popcorn chicken and they gave me a barbeque. It was so disappointing to find after getting home. Forgot you need to check your order before leaving this place. Oh well, my fault for trusting ?
Horrible custimer service. To put it in short form....I waited 45 mins today around 415 for food (crispy chicken sandwich) that I never got. Ridiculous! I work in the food industry, in a dine in food industry and we get the food out in less than 45 mins ...sonic is fast food...half way through my wait a girl comes out and said she wanted to make sure I didn't leave bc she scanned for my food and didn't see it.. smh ...ok and then she said is there anything I can do for u...yes!! Bring my food out!! Geez...she went back in I sat there another 10-15 mins and finally left and came to the one on Texoma, they had my food out in less than 10 mins and were busier than the one I waited at for 45 mins!! Have mercy...kids/young adults I know u like to socialize but when it comes to your job....just do your job first!! We are paying people!!!
