You have to try the fried pickles!!!! With their BBQ ranch. I crave them. Their queso is good too with brisket. All of the sandwiches are delicious too. It's always hard to decide when I go there. Potato salad is pretty good too. Potato salad is a hit or miss when you go places. But we order an extra side of it every time. I love this place.
Decent BBQ from a sit-down place. They were understaffed at least when we were there so it was a bit of a wait. However the staff were nice and took good care of us.
If you want to just give money away, go here for sure!!! Walked in to order a sandwich for my aunt, they got my phone number. Ordered a chopped beef sandwich, 1 med sweet tea, 1 small sweet tea. $17.00 !!!!! They tell me I can sit in my car if I'd like to. 35 minutes later no call, text, nothing. Go in and inquire about my order, "oh, I'll go get that for you". Worst tea I've ever drank in my life, tasted like it was fermented and not in a good way. I'll NEVER go there again.
When this location first opened in Sherman it was very good. We have had several special events here and many large pickup orders for special occasions at our home. My oldest son and I visited often, also, it was our place.Something has changed. When they stopped serving catfish I knew it was starting to change. Today I visited again by myself as I missed the place. It was not a good experience.First I got the chips and queso. I received mainly crumbs and when trying the queso it was like eating liquid salt with no cheese flavor. That was after breaking the skin on it and stirring it.The main food came, the meat was cold and not fresh with little flavor. The okra was mainly all bread and the mashed potato gravy was a skin over the tasteless potatoes which peeled off as a skin each bite.The only good thing was that the service was exceptional.

Love RibCrib BBQ, especially those famous ribs... but it's all great and delicious food. The staff is awesome as is the lovely atmosphere, I truly enjoy eating here every chance that I get... come in and try it for yourself!
Rib Crib in Sherman is Awesome!! Great Service, Great Food, and their beer is always cold. Check them out. You won't regret it.
My hubby and I tried this place out while we were in town. We were sadly disappointed. We ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer and I was a fan of the thicker slices. We split the three meat plate to be able to try multiple items Some of the meat was dried out, it seemed like it was either leftovers from the previous day or it sat under a heat lamp. I couldn't finish the macaroni and cheese because it didn't taste good, I only ate two bites of it. We also split an order of the nachos and those were pretty decent.I will say that the waitress was very friendly, she is the reason for three stars instead of two.
Good food, great prices, very friendly staff. This was the first time I had visited this restaurant. I will for sure visit again when I am in town.
