Ordered the biggest dinner, 2 lobsters. The Lobster Bisque was cold salty and I returned it. I didn’t get the dinner salad I paid for. The lobster was cooked properly. Not overcooked (tough).The problem is the training of the staff which is the responsibility of the manager.The manager used to walk the floor to insure the customers were looked after. Not any more!
My family and I hadn't been to Sherman in a long time. Time to pick lunch. My wife suggested Red Lobster. Having had a blah kinda experience at another location I was naturally hesitsnt. We were seated and our server was Bailey. She was probably the best server I can remember having in a while. The food comes out.... looks amazing. Everything was cooked properly and tasted great. Thank you to the cooks, servers, and hostesses at this location. We will definitely be coming back.
GREAT location and service! We had a reservation for 14 at another spot, but they canceled it last minute and Red Lobster came through!! They squeezed us in and it was great. The food was fantastic and the service was great as well.
Food is actually good ... But took over a hour to get food . Was told my steak which is well was the issue ??. So I don't know take your chance. But for me and my no cooking skills has made well done steak less then hour. Incompetent manager and service.
Short staffed. Bought out half of meal then potato later. Use to love going. Not feeling it anymore. ?

Online shows closes at 10:00pm. Showed up at 9:15pm. Was told by hostes that they weren't taking any new customers. Told us to leave and have a good night. Really, leave and have a good night. Very poor customer service. Definitely will not be back.
