Poor customer service edwin was so rude I asked question about gas pump and he couldn't acknowledge me because he was to busy talking to his friend, shame on u
Love this store, they are quick cashiers. Gas is decent but go elsewhere for cigarettes they are way too expensive.
Third time in the last 10 days and no breakfast sandwiches available. About 9 am each time… Back to Whataburger or Sonic
I wasn't able to get gas today because the assistant manager doesn't know how to use a cash register. Sad
The associates that run the QT across from TMC hospital are hard workers and very good at what they do. When you go in you hear them call out each customers name as they enter. Randel, Edwin,Brock, Stephanie, Mason and Layne ( the ones that are still there since it opened) are awesome.All the nurses at TMC like this particular QT. The employees arewhat make the business on Grayson drive and HWY 75 a good store.
Very nice location and clean too! We stopped here on our way back to Chicago and I was impressed. Nice selection of teas and staff was pleasant ?
Wow! I’ve never met someone so rude. Even when you are having a rough day, you CANNOT act that way toward others. I thought he rang something up and asked for a receipt to check. He sighed loudly and said, “I rang it up like I was supposed to.” He wouldn’t even give me a receipt when asked. I hope management does some training on this.
Was just doused in gasoline. MOD inside just wanting to know which pump. Asked 3 times. Not a bit concerned about me being absolutely covered in gasoline. Not an offer for a towel to help me. Was told nothing she could do about it. Won’t be back to that store.

Extremely low staffing, kitchen closed part of the time, items not stocked. This is a corporate problem, local manager busts his hump trying to fill in.
