I wish undercover boss would come here they would be very disappointed at what they are doing to a Louisiana tradition...what happen to quality control and my friend applied for a job but they only hire Mexicans ???? can you imagine a bunch of blackd running a tradional Mexican restaurant then discriminate against hiring Mexicans???
This location is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. I had graduated from college on a Friday night and decided to stop by the Sherman Popeyes location since the website said they close at 11. I pulled up around 10:30 -drive thru lights on but no employees in sight! I don’t know if they changed their hours on Friday nights but what a disappointment. A week later I decided to go back again but at 6pm this time to order a bucket of mainly dark meat chicken. They said I would have to wait 20 minutes and do I still want to order-I said I would wait. Pulled up and paid nearly $40 for the chicken bucket/meal and was pleasantly surprised when my dinner came out in 10 minutes instead of 20. When I got up the chicken bucket was mostly chicken wings that hardly had meat on it. And the taste was average. I will not be going back. Popeyes could take a lesson on How Chick Fil A runs their business.
I went on a Friday at around 1600, so I only had about three cars in line before me--which is rare! Normally, there are five to ten cars in line, so this is NOT a drop-in-for-a-quick-bite-on-the-way kind of place. The chicken tenders were good, as were the ref beans and rice. The biscuits are good while they're hot and fresh. After about thirty minutes, they assume the consistency of a stale hockey puck--that's just Popeye's biscuits, though.
Slowest drive thru service in all of north texas. Somehow it is impossible to take another order before giving previous order their food. Go inside dont go through drive-thru
This locations is so terrible! They open up @ 10:30 we got in the drive Thur at 10:30 , set at the speaker for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order drove to the window and a girl was just standing at the window on her phone with her airpod in , we asked if they were open and she said no not exactly we are waiting for the food to cook…. Makes no since at all if you say you open at 10:30 you should be open at 10:30. Popeyes the company is so good but I wish we had a better restaurant is the Texoma location… If anyone wants good chicken with better customer service go to just about anywhere then this place. This Popeyes really needs to be shut down.
we had to pull up for our food which is okay but they kept messing up our food. We had to wait like 20 minutes because they gave us the wrong orders very unorganized definitely do not recommend
Terrible wait times and always out of certain items. We love Popeyes but hate that Sherman is the only one close. Has been this way for over 2 years now.
I cannot express how much I love this place. Workers are always nice, food is always top tier, and in general their chicken is the best I've had. Cfa has nothing on Popeye's. The pickles are just ??
Don't use their online delivery you'll make an order and they'll just slap something together for you and it wont be what you ordered. Also they will forgot some items because the people they have hired cant read. Business that steals my money and doesnt do anything to fix it can skip rocks.
Food quality is adequate. This franchise only uses the smallest pieces offered by commercial foodservice vendors. Drive-through ALWAYS TAKES WAY TOO LONG. This location frequently runs out of the spicy version during normal business hours (6 of my last 8 visits). Staff, including assistant managers, couldn’t care less about their customers. Today, they stood and discussed/complained about their wages in front of me while I waited for my food.
