We had an issue with our pizza. So we called because the pizza looked like it had been dropped. All toppings had slid to one side. The gentleman that answered the phone was immediately argumentive when I aired my issue. Started talking over me basically calling me a lier. So I hung up. The wife called back and he treated her with serious disrespect and hatefulness saying we are just trying to get a free pizza. So disrespectful it it's repulsive. They ended up giving us a credit for the pizza but we won't be back. Or at least I won't. My wife may but I will not support a company that allows employees to speak to customers that way.
Visited during the week for lunch to go, so they were pretty busy. Still only there for maybe 15 mins total from entering, getting food to exiting. Staff was a little frazzled but still friendly. Pizzas were delicious. Perfect lunch size.
Good pizza and very nice staff.
The food is a bit pricey but it's good and their peach ginger tea is so good, especially if you like fruit flavored water. I will say the quality of the food definitely depends on who makes it. On my first visit I was served by a very friendly and attentive young lady, the next time it was a guy and he definitely did not care. He just took his hands and grabbed handfuls of toppings. He seemed impatient and like he just didn't want to be there. For their prices their workers should be courteous.
Spend 5 minutes just waiting to be acknowledged after several employees look at me and walk away FINALLY one tells me they aren't open yet. They are waiting on ovens to hear and i can wait 20 minutes to order a 5 minute pizza. Its 11:25am on Tuesday. So now I've wasted 5 minutes of my 20 minute lunch break. Wouldn't be so bad if they told me right off or had a sign up that they still weren't open after 11.Bad news travels faster then good!
I have a love/hate relationship with this restaurant. Their crust is amazingly delicious and I'm usually not a crust person. I love the Panzano and there's a lot of great flavors to their pizza. However, the toppings can be super skimpy - literally just a "dusting" sometimes. And many times they've gotten orders wrong - not including dipping sauces and adding or not adding unwanted ingredients. So its a hit or miss with this place. It just depends on whether the person who's making your food cares or not that day.

It was the best pizza
They weren't busy when I stopped in on a Friday afternoon after work, around 4pm. There were lots of menu items such as salad and breadsticks. Some of the salads were pre-made, so you can swing in here on a 30 minute lunch, grab a salad from the display, and eat it in the dining area in about 10 minutes. Large dining area for a gas station eatery with maybe nine tables or more, so plenty of room without crowding others. We enjoyed our meat lovers pizza on traditional Italian bread at home just a few minutes later. Very good pizza!
First time there. We go back
