I’m honestly astonished at how rude and disrespectful this Paneras staff can be. Ordered my food, pulled up to the window and was told my total when I realized I had ordered something I didn’t mean to, I told him if I could cancel the pizzas on the order that’d be great, he yells to the kitchen to cancel making them, all I hear is them loudly complaining about me canceling them and being very loudly hateful with him just standing with the window open staring at me like it was funny. I was just trying to get some food for me and my child but never again will I come here. Do better. Dont eat here unless you’re okay with being blatantly disrespected.
I have gone to panera Bread for dinner as usual tonight, and for the fourth time in a row I get chunky broccoli cheddar soup. It makes me mad I am tired of it.
I love this store but always make sure to check your bag because multiple times I have things missing from my bag. I just called them because once again when I got home the cream cheese was missing and Abby seemed like she could have cared less.
My wife and I chose Panera Bread because my wife loves it and we don’t have one where we live. We went through the drive through. The employee taking our order was rude and in a hurry. I ordered a signature chicken sandwich. When I got our order I was given the spicy chicken sandwich instead. My wife’s sandwich bread was dry and hard. The avocado was hard and sliced big. The Dr. Pepper was flat. We only took a couple bites and threw the food away. This was a horrible experience. We will not go back to that Panera Bread.
We eat in or order take out several times per month. High quality ingredients and consistent presentation brings us back time and again.
Be careful!! If you don’t tell your reward numberCashier (Robin) took rewards for herself. (She never asked me if it was alright to take it. ) I was traveling, so I was tired in the morning with kids and I just wanted to get a receipt and register my reward later. I tried my receipt number, but she already took her membership card. And I go back to the register and I explain that but she’s suddenly making grumpy sounds and she said “shit!”. She never said sorry. Is that normal?
Food here is better than other Panera's I've visited. Quality is very fresh.

We had soup in bread bowls. Broccoli cheese for the grand daughter and 10 veggie for me. Finished off by sharing orange and blueberry scones. Great service and good food!
I used to come you all the time, Since it’s convenient close to home but they have now discontinued the potato soup which is about the only thing we come for. Also the Internet speed has considerably slowed down it’s almost unusable.Avoid this placeSo we will have to find a different place to visit.
