We had planned to order Panda on our way home, we looked forward to having Panda only to be drastically let down. We ordered one bowl grilled teriyaki chicken with white rice and one bowl beef broccoli with chow mein. We got to the window and the young kid asked- was it the orange chicken and chow mein? I said- No, it was beef broccoli with chow mein, and one grilled teriyaki chicken with white rice. I had to repeat this to them and they still got it wrong. We got home to see it was orange chicken and not the beef broccoli.The teriyaki chicken tasted and appeared like it was sitting awhile. Not pleasant. The chow mein definitely tasted like it had sat awhile, was dry and a bit chewy. This was so disappointing on a grand scale. We lost our appetite. Let's just say the food wasn't enjoyed and made its way to the garbage bin. This is the third let down from this location. We definitely will not go back and we definitely do not recommend this location.Also as a side note, they always almost just accept cash and not card. Just to let others know.
This is a brand new location and twice I have gone through the drive through an hour before they even close and they can’t serve me because “they are short staffed”.I just drove through 9:15 PM on 6/21/2022 and Immediately they said “sorry our drive through is closed.” I asked why. She said “uhhhh because we’re short staffed.” I asked about the manager and I got no response, just that they were a chain restaurant. Yes. I’m aware.Would appreciate someone reaching out to me about my experience with this brand new facility.
The store management must be struggling because I have been going to this location since it opened and it has yet to provide a enjoyable service and many times no service at all. I will start driving the extra 15 mins from now on.
The food wasn't great, but Natalie was amazing. She made my drive-thru experience better. The noodles were very hard and dry and the only good thing was the chicken. Made me sick but that's alright. Still, friendly staff.
Just went to the one at 3150 S U.S. 75, Sherman, TX 75090 to grab lunch.Unfortunately I'm too busy at work to take my order back. Absolutely disgusting! My orange chicken is dang near black!! Taste like charcoal! Won't go to that location ever again!!!
Finally a great option for this part of Sherman and this location is awful. Between the drive thru randomly being closed, not accepting Amex, not handing out correct change, no napkins, no forks, no soy, having to wait almost every time for items to be made...it's a sad offering. What a shame. Management/Ownership needs this place to do a complete 180 or it will be gone.
Until last Thursday evening I was a fan of Panda Express, but that has come to an end, and here's why. My wife drove to get us both a plate of our favorite items. I always get the Honey Walnut Shrimp for my two entrees and my wife gets the Honey Sesame Chicken. When she came home she gave me the receipt and told me me we were charged an additional $1.25 per order because we ordered the same two entrees. That is price gouging. You are buying a plate or one price that includes two entrees and a side item , it should not matter what the two sides are. So beware, check your receipt and see if you are being charged an additional fee for what you order. I won't be be going back. In today's economy businesses should be thankful for your patronage. You spend the time, gas, and money and they want to get more out of your pocket. What a shame Panda wants to do business that way. I'll give my money to someone else.
I ordered chow mei. It was all veggies and literally like 5 noodles. The portions are also super small. Don't waste your money
They are always a long wait, they never have any soy sauce and they tried to give me someone elses order. Im not coming to this location anymore because its always consistent issues. Ill make the drive to town center.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The large red headed manager is absolutely ridiculous. No soy sauce, no forks. Who does your orders? Come on. No fresh veggies side and they refused to make any. There was a half portion of kung pao chicken and a half bejing beef. There was a 15 min wait for each so I asked to combine. The large red headed manager declined. So we packed up and left. Zero customer service.
