I looked at there menu. Ordered an grilled artisan chicken sandwich . They had no idea what it was. Also ordered unsweet tea got sweet tea. Ordered lg fries they were cold. They do not answer the phones. Which says they must get slot of complaints . Every time we go it’s always something.
We love to drop by and get our lg. sweet ice tea's when we're thirsty. If I order something to eat, I do like McDonald's fish sandwiches. They are really good w/tarter sauce! imoMy husband likes to get the double meat cheese burger meal so he can get fries! ?
Use to love this McDonald's but nowadays they either forget something and you have to back through the drive through or it's not fresh its always one or the other. The ones at the first window are usually very nice but the second window there are a few very rude ones.
It's just McDonald's. Worst fast food available. Got fish sandwiches and forgot to have them remove the cheese. Have you ever been to a fish fry? Catfish, hush puppies, fries, beer, CHEESE? I THINK NOT.
Beautiful ladies graciously working early that morning we're very sweet and effective. I appreciate your humility and the fact that they ignored my baby mama when she decided to trailer trash out for whatever reason and start asking for everything she can get that is free LOL. I would go back, and if I'm being honest I'd probably take the baby mama back again despite the negative review she received in this post
I ordered from door dash and the burger I got was horribly made. It looked like everything was just thrown inside of the box and made with reckless abandon. When I first got my order there was no sauce even though I asked for sauce in my order. There was no time put into reading my order and no effort into making my food. This isn't the first time they've messed up my order . Next time McDonald's, do better.
Always fast lines but customer service is not good. Been several times through drive thru & the person standing at the second window, giving food, says absolutely nothing, not even hi or have a good day. Other than that, this location is fine.
LOUSY, LOUSY, LOUSY SERVICE. They forgot my fries so I tried to go into the lobby. And the lobby was closed at 12:30pm!! Management didn't even apologize for the bad customer service and wrong order. They ALWAYS mess up my order. 100% of the time. Always check your order before you drive off. Nuggets are never fresh. Fries hardly ever fresh. And any special order request is usually wrong. If I could give a "0" rating, I would. Ever since McDonalds put in the kiosks, customer has been slowly declining. Now it's non-existent.
Everything was hot and fresh. Love my picker upper breakfast from McDonald's.
Same story. Different location. Please tell em the point in mobile order pickup??? We still have to go thru the drive thru just for them to tell us to pull foreword and wait 20+ minutes! Watching all the other cars behind us get their food?!??
