Today was my first time there with my family. The inside is huge first off so i was a little shocked because it doesn't look like it from the outside. Its very roomy so you dont have to worry about being in close contact to other people if you dont want to. Very clean. I liked their kids menu for my kids. One got a turket melt with chips and the other got a personal cheese pizza with a side of fruit. I got the king club with a side of broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwich was huge i couldn't finish it all so i took the rest home. My husband got the BLTA(bacon,lettuce,tomato, avacado) with a side of baked potato soup and we shared a blackberry lemonade. It all tasted so good. There was hardly a wait when we went. If you haven't eaten here yet it's a must try. You'll leave full and happy. We will definitely be coming back
First time here and we won't be back. First off, it asks for a tip so I assumed we would be getting service but nope. Honestly felt like I was robbed because I gave a 20% tip on a $50 order. That comes to my next issue. The food is overpriced for such basic stuff. The sides are literally served in what looks like the samples you get from Costco. Was very disappointed. We definitely won't be back.
Honestly I love this place- it’s my go to for food when I’m at work, but I really wish the staff would be more attentive to online/door dash orders. I’ve ordered twice in this past week, both have specified that I cannot eat meat due to an intolerance..yet both times at least one item, if not all items (including the Mac and cheese?) had bacon in/on it, making my lunch inedible.I’ve never had a bad experience at this location until this past week, and I know that they work hard, but I’d love to actually enjoy the food the staff put work into ?
Ordered on the app, not on the delivery shelf after promise time- no big deal, it was busy. However several of us stood by the empty pick up shelf waiting but nothing was brought out & no names called for about 20 minutes while the people in line were taken care of. Eventually one of us got up to what used to be the "pick up" counter (the sign was removed during covid & replaced by the shelf to pick up paid orders). At least 15 paid orders were piled on the counter in the kitchen, just waiting to be bagged. If someone had just put a sign on the shelf, or acknowledged us and said, "come to the counter for pick up", there wouldn't have been any issue, but we were all ignored. I won't be back anytime soon.
I ordered food online tonight. Half way through my potato salad I found a hair on the potato. I have long hair so it wasn’t mine. The manager was very apologetic and refunded the meal. I ended up throwing everything out as it made me feel nauseous knowing someone’s hair made it into my food.
Everything I have tried here is always good and their broccoli soup/bread bowl is wonderful. I do not like their "tip" system. They want to give a tip at the register before you receive your food and they do not bring it to you, you have to pick it up yourself.... What exactly am I tipping? You are also expected to bus your own table... Again, they should be tipping for doing their job. But again, been a quite a few times and everything is us good.

Made a mistake when placing my online order and while very frustrated, I called the store. But the manager DEEDEE went the extra mile to help make a bad moment a much better one. Appreciate the great customer service. **Thank you DeeDee**
I love McAlister’s food. It is good. I dread ordering online and having to pick it up. Food is never ready when it says it will be ready. The times I have ordered and picked up, the dining room was never full so it isn’t like they are completely swamped. Count on about 10 minutes or so longer than what it says. The kids at the front designate one girl that has to go get my order. She is busy with someone else while the others girls are just standing there. I’ve been to other McAlister’s and they have always been great and on time. This one with service, not so much.
The food is always excellent!! Shout out to the manager crew they are also great! Leo helped me today and was amazing, with customer service like that it will definitely bring me back in to eat!!! Keep up the good work !!
