Two employees tonight in the back licking their hands, eating burnt cheese, and touching everyone’s pizza with their hands NOT washed. It wasn’t until I said something that one had an attitude and washed her hands, under 10 seconds, and not properly at that. I will be contacting the health department but everyone needs to be mindful of this kind of carelessness with the food you’re feeding your family.
I gave them a simple pizza to make. Half Hawaiian and half pepperoni. I had a sleeping child in my arms...I get into the car check the pizza and it's Hawaiian and pepperoni on one side cheese on the other. I am not waking him up to go back in. I can't eat pepperoni. Ugh.
It's a good fast in and out , if you have to get a 5 meat or a Supreme it takes a few minutes longer due to cooking it then and I am fine with that
Lacking in customer service. The young Asian and black girl at front counter need training. Two stars given because of the other young lady. She looks tired and stressed. The other girls can learn from her. Customer service is a must!
They have the rudest girl working the front cash register. Not a hello, how can I help you, thank you. As I sit near waiting on my pizza, she ignores customers coming in. The manger was coming to the front greeting and having to ask if they’ve been helped. This girl needs to be making pizzas and away from customers. She has ZERO customer service skills and this is not my first encounter with her.
It went as usual. A lot of new faces. Are the employees not required to wear gloves in any part of the pizza making process? The employee came in from outside and went straight to the box up area and started pulling pizzas out of the oven cutting them up and did not wash, sanitize or glove their hands. Very unusual, if ya ask me.....
I WAS TREATED BADLY, I ASKED FOR MANAGER SHE SAID SHES THE MANAGER.. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK. I ORDERED 2 CHICKEN BOXES. SHE said i ordered one.that was at 7pm it was 8 pm and still no food, thats when i ask for money back.. then this guy comes from the back smoking . I told manager she yelled at me and said, at least hes not smoking around food. So she acknowledge his smoking. Unbelievable
They advertise hott and ready pizza. But. Every time I go here I always have to wait awhile. So the service isn't as advertised but the pizza was worth the price. Friendly employees.
Parking can get a little hairy sometimes but it's on the end of an old shopping center so if you don't mind a walk there's plenty of room. Dinner rush is definitely a wait- order ahead and skip the big crowd.
I ordered pepperoni pizza thru DoorDash and they gave us cheese pizza and they took really long time to confirm our order.
