They must be afraid of the public. Dining room still closed when all other restaurants are open.
Dine in was closed leaving the drive through line very long. Person in front of me had issues with his order so it was adding extra wait time for them to sort it out.I ordered a large mashed potatoes and a large gravy.Got to the hospital and did not have the gravy.It was not worth the time to go back and get it because of the long drive through line.
Service was the worse..the girls behind counter just wanted to stand amd talk while lookimg at us instead of taking our order. Instead of making the orders they want to stand and talk..its took us almost 20 mins to get 2 small meals....wont come back
This was the worst chicken I've had from this place, I will never come back, the breast where big but had very little meat on them and looked like there was fillers in them, don't know what there doing there don't like it and won't go back
This is typical of all KFC restaurants I have visited while traveling the U.S. Be super patient with order takers. You know exactly what you want, ask the order taker to repeat your order before paying... then ask for your receipt while you order is being prepared. Correct any mistakes that may have happened with the order taker. Double check your order before you leave the store when it's to-go. Most orders are from the BUTTON PRESS menu. That is the order taker selects a pre-assembled item order from the BUTTONS on the cash register. We typically order ala carte so special attention must be given when working with the order taker. Food is good and hot. May take some extra time for original recipie chicken orders. Overall, Sherman location is typical.
We used to love coming here, some years ago. Unfortunately it is not as good as it used to be. Service, food and cleanliness issues which have faced the company for quite a while.
Went through drive threw orders Teo chicken sand which boxes chicken patty o er cooked gummy cold on both boxes fries cold just food served without love or care thanks kfc
Very disappointed in side orders...although the chicken was good the sides that came with the family pack deal were barely half full. The 20 piece meal barely fed 3 people and that was with very small portions that I distributed myself so that it would go around ...I live to far away from KFC to drive back just to complain ...What a shame..I doubt I'll be going back to KFC for awhile
Worst service. No extra crispy, no legs, no White meat at all, there is always some issue.
The orders got mixed up, didn't get salad dressing, the baked potato wasn't done...hard on the inside...others at the table had the same problems. The steak was a lot small than expected. It was disappointing. The waitress did try though.!
