I had an order that was messed up they didn’t give me a receipt, and clearly knew they didn’t give me one and they said they worked fix my order and never did was very rude, not professional at all , would not give taco sauce at window tried to charge me 1.00 for one packet of ranch no way will I ever go back !!!!!
Store has been closing randomly in the middle of the night. No one even takes a moment to put signs on the drive up menu or the front window. I work nights and it's very upsetting to be wasting my lunch break waiting for someone to answer.
The elderly lady at the window was SOOOOfriendly. And very pleasant.Still the BEST regular tacos. ?
Omg there is lady names "Kerry" that works the drive through window who is so sweet... As soon as I pulled up to order I immediately loved her sweet kind voice over the intercom and wasn't let down by how kind she was at the window paying making sure I had everything I needed and wished me a good night and to be safe!!!She definitely makes me love this jack-n-the box from all the others and most definitely will make this one my favorite place to come.. thank you so much for your kindness Miss Kerry
They sign says that they are open 24 hrs. but some mornings when I go there they not even open. Finally one of the ladies tells me that on Monday and Tuesday they open at 6am. We'll ya'll need to change the hours on yalls sign. So Monday I go alittle after 6am and the lady said we're not open yet and I'm like but I thought ya'll open at 6am. So I'ma just start going to the one on texoma parkway, even tho it's out of my way because I do live on 1417 but atleast I know they will be open. Just change the hours on your sign so people won't get confused.
Thank you for a great fish sandwich. I don't want to say thank you for the men and women that work behind that counter all of you do a great job and the Lord Jesus is proud of that.
I was disappointed in this visit. Order wasn't correct, fresh or good. Come on guys. Get it together I need my sourdough fix.
Tonight was ridiculous. I would give this place and most especially the night staff ZERO stars if I could! My significant other pulls up to order. We discover they’re out of what we came for, that’s fine. We order tacos instead. However - instead of the staff trying to HELP US find something, some rude unprofessional female during the night shift around 1030, I won’t put her name on her- catches a full on attitude with my spouse- it was bad enough my spouse commented on her attitude. He then pulls up to the window and this female is telling some guy “yeah. That’s them”The heck? So, because we needed a couple minutes to look at the menu, because NO ONE was choosing to show any type of professionalism, and HELP US, we get treated like garbage, and then talked about ?!Oh… and the kicker ? They MESSED UP our order and gave us HALF the tacos we ordered and when we went back through suddenly it was “yeah. We’re out of tacos.”Like management- please do something about your people. No one deserves to be treated like garbage as a paying customer!!!
Worst jack in the box around here. I don’t know how many times Iv waisted gas just to be told systems are down and it’s going to take a hour. Or just tonight only open for door dash. Who the hell only stays open for door dash at 2:30 in the morning. GFSF
