Nicely remodeled. Excellent waitor. Great taste and amount for the price. Pleasantly surprised. Moved away years ago, my daughter just had a baby and we met up with some old friends for lunch to show off the new edition. They chose the place and I wasn't really super excited but wasn't opposed either. Glad for the choice tho as already mentioned pleasantly surprised.
The food was delicious but the staff ruined the experience. Charles was our server, and he did an amazing job! Got our order right and was very respectful. The staff that were in the kitchen were very loud, vulgar, and made some very rude remarks towards guests.I didn’t catch her name, but she was a white girl with brown and blue hair. She was very rude, was yelling and made a racist remark as well. I hope the staff gets improved and shout out to Charles for being an amazing server!
Told our waitress no tomatoes in my omelet...go to eat the omelet it has tomatoes told the waitress taylor she starts arguing with me saying I didn't say that and my wife said yes he did she still argued...I just gave up..Thank God I'm not allergic to tomatoes...wife talked to the manager after the fact....won't be back anytime soon
This is the grilled tilapia from the senior menu. I liked that it was not overly salted. It is easy to add salt to taste. This is the IHOP in Sherman, Texas.
We got there late at night yesterday with a party of 10 and our server Joe made it the best experience. Best waiter I've ever had in my life. WE STAN JOE. VIVA LA JOE.
They have always had the best quality of food compared to any ihop I have been to.
The service was great and the double blueberry pancakes were delicious!
This Ihop has very good service, and it's usually full. This time when we ordered a burrito we found a hair in it, and they took it off our bill without any fuss. The server apologized. I would still recommend this place!
Waitress was horrible. We waited an hour to order food and no once came back to refill are drinks we had to get up and go to the manager just so we could order are food. Then the waitress would continue to turn and point and talk about us and mimic us. We where not composited for what happened and was just told to have a good night. Absolutely disgusted by the way we where treated.
