Night shift manager is rude. My family and I have been 3 different times at night over the last three months and each time the night shift manager is rude and unprofessional. He is quick to show his disgust from having to serve customers. The day time shift is nothing like this as we have been during the day as well and they are great. Unfortunately this manager has completely ruined each of our dinner visits.
If i could give a 0 i would. some business advice, fire all of your night employees and start fresh. none of them care about their jobs enough to show some respect not only to customers but to other humans. if they hated their job so much, then they should quit. not be obviously disgusted that another customer would come in. they need to grow up.
Ordered delivery through Texoma delivery. Ordered two large subs with no combos or extras. Total was near $50!These subs are not worth over $15 per sub! The brisket sub definitely needs more meat and bbq sauce if you're going to charge over $15! Also, the bread needs some added flavor or seasoning.
Firehouse in Sherman is always great. The food is great. The service is great. I cant walk out of that place without a bottle of Capt. Sorensons Datil peeper sauce!! I highly recommend Firehouse in Sherman. You guys Rock!!

The night shift "manager" tonight was rude and unhelpful. Probably the worst service I've ever had. I'm very upset and baffled at the lack of customer service and unwillingness to help/defuse the situation.I hope to speak with someone in a higher position about this, as I'm sure they would help me with this situation, unlike the manager and staff tonight.
Staff is always so friendly, love going to this place, never have any issues with my orders. Always good!

Best subs and sandwiches you can get in this area hands down, maybe even the best you can get period for the price and quality service that’s provided. Plus you inadvertently support fire fighters with your purchases and donations. There’s seriously no down side. I’ve been coming here for 8 years and never plan on stopping. This location has amazing people working there who care about your food.
Every time I go to Sherman, I go to this place.. love it,, unfortunately today I was very disappointed, the girl taking the orders, doesn't pay attention,, acting like we're in the hood,, got the order wrong , she stated she would make another one., and proceeded to forget, the whole and pretended to look busy,The is a a white dude there. The only one there, I guess was on break, I asked him if hecould remake the sandwich, he was polite and made.it in less the 2 min. Due works , he should be promoted.I love this place but the recent hires are trash ...you know what you got . Let's take it back to 100 % .this is a great place , let's keep that way .
