Ordered the 2 large with 2 topping 1 was thin crust with sausage and hamburger and the other was supposed to be pan pizza, I specifically asked for the thickest 1 and had half banana peppers with sausage and half cheese. Got home, pizza was cold, crust was so hard I couldn't eat it & it was rather dry, as if no sause was on either 1 and I got hand tossed, not pan. And I only live 5 min away, so pizza should not have been cold. Never had problems with my food, & always great service. But tonight, I was disappointed in my pizza.
Just skip this place. There is clearly no effort being made there to provide any kind of quality product. Cheese dip is also sauce poured over an unmelted glob of cheese. Our pizzas toppings were all in the center of the pizza and our wings were barely tossed in the sauce.
I had ordered pizza and 4 sodas for delivery when the driver arrived she only had my pizza and gave my drinks to a different house.. my husband told me to call the store manager and the driver got back out of her car and said what are you doing he said I was talking to my wife needless to say she called the manager first and said she wasn't comfortable bringing our drinks back to us because my husband was rude when the driver was the rude one ..we were supposed to be refunded the money for the drinks and that didn't happen at all will never do business with dominos again and I don't recommend this company.
The Domino's on Loy Lake is the only one I will go to. They are always super friendly and nice and have your order ready on time. The Domino's on 1417 I will never go to ever again. One of the managers is extremely rude and was absolutely no help when there was an issue with my order and essentially told me it was my fault. I had never been so mad and upset with someone who has a role of leadership in customer service. But the Domino's on Loy Lake has always made my experience with them pleasant and I've always been satisfied with my order and my interactions with the employees.
Ordered pizza last weekend and it wasn't great. Cheese tasted off. Pizza was off and more on the burnt side but.......Today...oh wow...today's pizza's were PERFECT! the gentleman in the back cooking was nice and he did a GREAT job on the pizza's.
Best pizza ever they gave me a crust with garlic butter delish the pizza had chicken bacon and pepperoni also delish lots of cheese lots of sauce can't wait to go back
I alwàys get good pizza from my local store. Sometimes however they. Are skimpy with the ingredientsLast week I got plenty of ingredients.
I ordered at 6:39 I didn't receive my food until 8:16 after I had already waited until 7:30 I called the story. They said they had just sent it . But like I said I got it at 8:16. so what was going on for almost 2 hours?
they didn’t even answer the phone i called twice. i know they were about to close they’re the only thing open and i work nights and i am starving.
Just ordered dinner of pizza and hot wings, was a little late being delivered but pizza was COLD, and 3 slices out of a medium pizza had no meat at all, and hot wings ice cold and had a freezer taste. They also sent a free cold cheesy bread, it's in the trash inedible. No more Domino's.
