Food was good . Waitress was outstanding
Cracker Barrel is our go to breakfast place, we always get the Old Timers breakfast and it never disappoints...except this time. Every thing was great but the gravy does not come with it any more. The waiter was very kind and brought us some any way. I even talked to the manager about it and she also was very understanding. I understand it is hard times and restaurants have to cut corners where they can to stay in business, still having that side of biscuits and gravy is one of the best parts of meal.

My family went to eat lunch on Monday. There was 4 of us. Two of the place settings were Filthy. I mean with chucks of dried food. It made me want to leave but we already ordered. The waitperson brought new place settings. I said I wanted the manager to be aware. The manager came over acting like this was nothing. Very disappointed. We will not go back to eat. Just to shop.
Worst visit we ever had at this restaurant. My wife and I arrived at 3:00 pm, we sat at a table. Our waitress didn't show up till 15 min. later. Drinks served 10 min. and she finally took our order. Then almost 30 min. our meals show up. So don't know if it was bad timing, all we heard "We're sorry ". We believe the manager was at fault. Short of staff!
It’s hard to choose a rating because the customer service was on point but the food and coffee was horrible. The pancakes were so touch I could barely cut them.
My wife and I love to have breakfast at Cracker Barrel in whatever location is near us when we are driving. This time we visited Sherman's.We had one of the most wonderful services in this restaurant. We were told it was going to take some time to bring our food but it did not happen. All dishes came to the table within a reasonable time and were delicious. We want to really acknowlege Collin's attention and service, because he provided an outstanding care and we had a very joyful morning. Thanks for caring for the customers Collin!
Normally the green beans are very good, today not, filled with strings unable to eat them everything else food wise was fine, notice I said food wise. My sister-n-law has to have a straw to drink with guess what out of straws, 2 days ago when she and her hubby ate here they were out but one of the waitress had one in her car, today not so lucky, so I get in my car drive next door to Whataburger and buy a coke to get a straw for her. I get back food is ready, they did take mine back to keep warm, but what kind of deal is that, the customer now provides their own straws.
Great food and fast service
No straws, every other restaurant has them but cracker barrel does not! Makes no sense! Service was very slow. waitress forgot we were there!
