I have had some bad experiences with Chipotle and had a horrible, very traumatic one a few months ago, so I took a break from ordering from them, but thought I would give them another chance.I honestly don’t know what to say at this point. Tonight was my second time to use the Chipotle app to place an order (used it all the time before I took a break from Chipotle a few months ago). Not only did they mess up my order, but they included someone else’s order! They left off my queso and chips and the other person’s order was obviously for an adult and 2 kids. I feel bad that they won’t get their order because of the incompetence of this company!!Been trying to reach support in the app and keep getting an error from the bot, so now I’m on hold with the company’s support people. It’s already been a while and it seems I will be holding for a while or will have to request a call back. Guess I’m not the only one with issues.How does this company stay in business with so many problems? I am absolutely done with this company! DONE!!!Including pic of the other person’s order that I received in case they decide to post a review. I want them to see I caught the error and tried to do something about it, but support is useless!Hoping I can at least get refund for my queso. I hate that the other person’s order has Chicken. I don’t eat meat, so it will end up being thrown away :(.

One of the worst meals I have ever had. Had the salad bowl with steak. The meat was all fat and what wasn't fat was so tough that I couldn't chew it. 16 dollars for a meal that I couldn't eat. We did takeout so didn't know how bad it was until trying to eat at home. Food looks delicious on the commercials, but buyer beware. The manager did refund the money for the meal a few days later.

Went in there around 3:30 pm. No rush hour, instead of continuing talking between each other and listening to customers they wouldn't be having a waiting line. Line lined up already ordered food etc, might as well wait for the other customer to be checked out before setting up another one. Burrito was cold. Meat was cold. Tortilla double wrapped, the burrito was small no need for that, asked for pico served a small portion like it was a joke. $15 total for a bad experience. I'm a regular always every other day you can say. This place has gone down, I get better service at a ghetto McDonald's when the workers only getting $10 hr.

Smallest burrito I've ever gotten at a Chipotle. And I go to a lot. I asked for a little bit more rice, but it still wasn't as much as a regular spoonful anywhere else. Every other topping was dished out very sparingly. She was trying not to give me my $10 worth. I didnt feel like asking for more of everything at that point. Yes, the burrito wrapped easier, but I was still a bit hungry=/Maybe they were short on ingredients, idk.

Service has gone down. Portions have gotten smaller.Today, my husband ordered online. They lost the order, no one knew how to fix it, manager didn't have time and walked right past him. He had to leave without his dinner in order to get to work on time. He was told he'd get a refund tomorrow!We WILL NOT be back!

Their tables look real weird but their guacamole is real good❤❤ Vegan options aren't slim!

I got a bowl here. The employee who was making my food seemed annoyed I asked for more rice and beans. When he scooped my rice and beans he barely put a spoon full in there. The employee was also to busy flirting with another employee that he was concerned about making my bowl. The employee they had doing the topping stopped in the middle of making my bowl to stare at someone and give them a mean look. Free Birds is so much better than Chipotle and they actually take care of their customers.

This Chipotle is always busy, but their service is subpar compared with other stores. They’re constantly out of something every time you visit. It’s interesting when you figure there’s really not that many things to keep in stock. They also are extremely stingy with the meat compared with other stores too.

I really should have taken a picture of our order. Every 3 months or so we try an online order from here and they get it wrong every. Single. Time. Our bowls are HALF empty and dispute asking for double grilled peppers there were none. We like the fact that their food is fresh but the portion size is a joke. This was our last online order. When you go in and they give you four tiny pieces of chicken you can ask for more! I wouldn’t go back at all after this pathetic order, but guac ❤️❤️❤️

My wife and I decided to eat at Chipotle for lunch on Friday, January 28th in Sherman. TX. Previous to driving to the restaurant, We looked at the menu online and decided we wanted two lifestyle bowls: The Paleo Salad Bowl and the Vegan Bowl. When I got to the restaurant, and reached the counter counter to order, I asked for the two lifestyle bowls. I was told that I couldn’t order that way and needed to pick out each ingredient. So, we went back to our car and looked up the ingredients for each bowl. The we got back in line and ordered from the list. I probably won’t go back any time soon.
