I come to this location all the time and never had an issue. Diana was my server and she handled my requests quickly but seemed too focused on other things to ever ask us if we were okay. I had to flag her down several times and it seemed as the dinner went on she got annoyed at me. We didn’t have crazy requests…usually when I order the chicken and waffle entree it comes with corn and fries but I guess they discontinued doing that and it only came with one side…she was nice enough to get the additional side. Food was served cold and took a while which is why I gave this two stars.
Went on May 10 my my birthday with my family. Service was amazing and food was as well. That is the one star. The restaurant is so nasty that I was afraid to eat. The walls,floors , window and window shades were all covered in food. 2 of us had silverware with food still on it. Seems as the Manager has just over looked the cleanliness of the place. It's not just I didnt clean real well one night. Its an accumulation of months . Hopefully they get it cleaned. Such a waste of a good restaurant .
Went at a busy time and this particular location was STILL the fastest service I've had at a chili's. Wait staff were friendly, kind, quick, and clear with exactly what was happening. Compliments to them ? I had a medium rare sirloin, cooked to perfection. My compliments to the chef(s) ? my only complaint is a minor one, the asparagus that came with my sirloin was a bit dry for my taste. It was cooked well and very flavorful, and this is just my personal preference, however I smother my asparagus in butter when I cook it because that's just how I like it personally. My preference is not everyone else's, so take that with a grain of salt. Fantastic visit, 10/10 would recommend this location to anyone, and will probably visit again next time I'm in the area.
If you are a delivery driver I do not recommend you accept orders at this location. I gave them 3 opportunities and every single time I went to pick up a customers order the wait was in excess of 30 minutes. I had to cancel one of the deliveries. Other restraunts don't seem to have this problem. In my opinion they should not do these type of orders until they get organized enough to fulfill the orders in a timely manner. I will never come back not even on my personal time. I will find a restraunt that has its priorities together.

This has happened multiple times ordering to go from this Chilis. Had 4 pieces of chicken in what is suppose to be Chicken Quesadillas. Tortilla was harder than a brick. There is even a quesadilla…in a quesadilla!!! No chicken in either of those! Thank goodness Door Dash does refunds. This place is horrible to order to go from. Management needs to acknowledge.

I love Chili's it was amazing as always!!! Great food and great service!!!
My family went here the other night for dinner and it was great. Our waiter was awesome for sure. He was very friendly and outgoing as well as very helpful also he was quick to help with whatever was needed. He had a great personality and he laughed with us even if we cracked jokes with him he had some pretty good comebacks to them. I wish I remembered his name but I don't but we will hopefully see him again an he can wait on us in the future.
I ordered online for take out. I waited for almost 45 minutes for my food to be brought out. It was cold by the time I made it to the the hospital to eat dinner with my husband.Other wise my food was good. He had the quesadilla and it was to hard for him to eat.
