If this was the first Chick Fil-A I had ever visited, I'd never visit another one. Gone are the speed and friendliness that Chick Fil-A used to be known for. Here all you get are lazy, unfriendly employees (who would rather chat with each other than help a customer) and a ridiculously long wait. Absolutely the slowest and worst service I've encountered lately--and there is a lot of horrible customer service out there! I will never return to this restaurant, based on today's lack of service.
Here lately I’ve been in line for over 20 min. Go here almost everyday and first time I had someone be rude to me because I wanted 1 extra ranch. I know two is allowed per meal and you get ketchup for your fries but because i wanted 2 ranch and 1 ketchup it caused a problem even though I offered to pay for itAre they not laying out inside for guests who eat inside? Not sure why we have such a problem for an extra sauce. Even got a manager…
I am here to update my review. I have recently returned to this location and I have seen some improvement. My food was hot and it tasted very good. This is definitely what I look for when I go to a Chick-Fil-A. Although the employees need a bit of customer service work, the experience was much better overall. Big thanks to the management for helping make it better.
I waited a couple of days to write this review so I wouldn't do so mad but I am appalled about the lack of customer service these team members present.I have worked for ChickFilA over the years with grand openings and trainings, etc and as a team member myself and I have lived in Sherman now for a little over a year and never have I had an exceptional experience at this location nor have I even felt welcomed!Perhaps my expectations are high for this company but I've not once heard the standard "my pleasure" and often I feel I am a burden when this team serves me. I have gone about 8 times over the past year and it's been a consistent negative experience for me. I also do deliveries for Texoma Delivery on occasion and I cringe when I get a pick up at this location!It's never been a food issue for me with the exception of the occasional missing condiments and utensils, it's always been the experience and this falls on MANAGEMENT!I'll stop here, but please Rob it's time to clean house and be exceptional again.
I don't do Chick fil A often but I really like their chicken. It never disappoints! Really don't care for the waffle fries. They were ok just not my preference.
They only served breakfast in the morning, I love the sauce there. I ordered the chicken biscuit but without the sauce it wasn't that great to me but the chicken was good.
I tried the new bbq bacon chicken sandwich that was brought back for a limited time. It's basically a grilled chicken patty with a tablespoon of BBQ sauce on the side $12.+ mac n chz and an iced tea.I asked for 2 splendas as well and did not receive them. They were on the receipt as requested. And I received one (1) napkin. for the meal. Absurd! Food was served lukewarm. Mac n chz was sour tasting. Service is not like it used to be. Today I decided to speak up. I go to Chick fil A OFTEN. Not anymore. I can no longer justify it. This is for the Sherman Tx location which I have been going to for the last 14 months.
The best chicken sandwich in the world! Excellent, efficient service. Personally, I've never had an order made, or bagged incorrectly.
I do food delivery and twice this location has sent me orders and both times I had to cancel the customer's order. The new instructions state pick up the order at the Delivery Driver pickup parking not the Mobile Order parking. It goes on to say if you have been waiting more than 5 minutes please call etc. If you deliver food and receive an order from here be prepared to wait well over 5 minutes. From this point forward when I see this location on my phone screen, I'm instantly declining.
