Perfect execution. My salad bowl was chilled, a beautiful presented salad with all ingredients very cold. The potato soup was steaming hot and very delicious. Our waiter was top notch. Would that all restaurants were so outstanding.
Have been to this chain in the past several times and locations, that being said this one has been my favorite so far. Service was pretty good, food was hot just what I expected for the price point. Margarita I had was top shelf grande, tasted very sweet even with lime wedge squeezed(get 2 if you like more balance) overall I drank it up!
We had dinner tonight and we were privileged to have Tatiana (Please forgive me for butchering the spelling of her name) as our server! What a blessing this young woman was! I highly recommend if you eat here to get this young lady as your server! Such a beautiful soul!!
This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Cheddar’s. We sat in the bar area. We had someone take out drink order and we got our drinks within minutes. It took a good 20 minutes before someone took our order. We ordered steak and salad. My salad came 10 minutes later but my husbands did not. They brought my steak but not my husbands. 5 minutes later they bring his salad after printing them to do so. Then they bring his steak…. Suppose to be medium… there was blood all over the plated and on the potatoes he ordered. He stopped someone and asked if they would eat this. They replied “I don’t eat steak”. My husband cancelled his order completely. We never knew who our waiter was until the end.

We arrived with about a five minute wait. Got seated and our server was Cara..she was amazing...She didn't miss a beat from bringing our drinks to serving our food. We had the Appetizer trio...Monti Cristo and the Bacon Cheeseburger..food was delicious but Cara made our visit enjoyable and fun. She has the sweetest personality and stayed on top of all our requests.
My steak was better than Texas Roadhouse and cheaper too. Ribs, shrimp or chicken tenders everything was great. Our server was top notch also. He made a great meal a fantastic dinning experience.
The service was good at least during these Covid times. What I did want to say was my salmon tasted fishy so that meant it wasn’t fresh. I won’t be ordering that again, very disappointed
Chicken pot pie was as good as advertised. Complimentary sweet croissants, first batch only, you pay for next batch if you want more. Service was fast and entertaining, ask for Beulah, it will all make sense.
The food was ordered and then another table was seated, they ordered, their food was delivered while we waited for ours still. We were told someone else picked up our food and delivered it to a different table. Tried to charge us for items we didn't order. Overall, it ruined my need to go to Cheddars again.
