Solid 2 out of 5.My partner always told me he hated Burger King and that it was disgusting, especially at this location, so today I decided "Why not," can't be that bad. Nope, it was, it was bad. I got a chicken sandwich, onion rings, a rodeo burger, jalapeño poppers and another $1 burger to take home and share. I thought maybe I could convince him the food was good but I couldn't even convince myself. The coating was barely edible and tasted like thick bread with nothing inside, the sandwich made my stomach upset and I now regret spending money here. I never thought McDonald's was better than any other restaurant but today, I stand corrected. After I'm done holding down my food, I will admit to him that he was right.
This was the most nastiest food we have ever gotten from this burger king... My daughters bun on her hamburger had mold on it. Our hamburgers weren't even cooked all the way, let alone.... there was literally only 2 workers at this location. 2 people that didn't look like you would want them cooking you're food. very very unprofessional. Most definitely will not be going back. Get it together burger king ??
Awful. Dining room was dirty, the employees were rude, I didn’t get a receipt, gave me a to go bag instead of a tray, no one spoke English and I couldn’t understand them when they talked to me, the soda machine was messed up. Yeah I won’t be back. At least not to that one.
Air conditioning is not working (87 outside) and half the lights inside are not even turned on. They have no clue who gets what food and shake machine is still broken. When will this location EVER get better????!!!
Today I ordered an “Impossible Whopper w/ Cheese” and a large order of fries. Fries were good but when I got home and saw the regular Whopper wrapper around the burger instead of the wrapper with “Impossible Whopper”, I had a bad feeling they messed up the order and gave me a regular Whopper. Sure enough when I bit into it, I realized immediately it was the real thing. It was so upsetting. I have been a vegetarian since 2014. I don’t even eat seafood. Today was the first time I’ve had real meat since then. I couldn’t bring myself to throw it away because an animal died for the meat, and I don’t have a dog to feed it to, so I ate it.Please make sure if you are a vegetarian that you double-check the wrapping and confirm it is an “Impossible Burger” before you leave the drive thru or restaurant. What I don’t understand is they never look that busy. It shouldn’t be that hard to make sure an order is right, but it sounds like this is a big problem at this location, based on other reviews here. This is my 4th time to eat at this location, and the first time they did this, so I will probably give them another chance, but I hope someone is reading these reviews.

Oh how I wish I had read the reviews FIRST before eating at the Sherman location!! I ordered a Whopper with cheese (burger only). Got to the drive thru window and woman said it was $7.03 (burger only!!). The burger was completely burnt around the edges of the meat and everything else was cold. The meat was so cold that the slice of cheese did not melt. The bread just crumbled because it was SO dry!!! I will NOT return here!!!
I stopped & got 2 Whoppers on the 2 for $6 deal for lunch. I requested cheese on both. Neither had it. I called to let them know, got hung up on 5 times.
Just came from here my burger was cold asked for double cheese it was still cold not even meltedwas wrong drink ordered root beer given a diet drink the frys were hot. For 10.83 you would think it would be hot. Asked for a reciept and the lady at the drive through said the machine was not working. Will never go yhere again I will stick to the one in denison.
I am so sick and tired of places being out of shakes! At first it was somewhat a joke, now it is a huge disappointment! It is every time!
