Waitress kept forgetting our food and drinks. Admitted to manager for making mistake and he responded. Sorry past 11 we can’t make itEven when the waitress admiteed her mistake. Then even when they run out of food they will not make any alterations to mealBeen here for years and since this new remodel they have become extremely rude, awful, and unwilling to provide the minimal customerAll of our food came out wrong and when we asked to get fixed they just handed it anyways. The restaurant was extremely loud, to the point that it was difficult to hold a conversation with others at the table. The server was good but seemed very unsure and inexperienced. The food was subpar. With times getting harder and food getting more experienced, I expect more from my food. The wings were not very fresh and were tiny. Even with the special, I was not satisfied with the quality of food for what we paid. I won't be going back again if it's my choice. It wasn't terrible, but since I now have to be pickier about how I spend my money out, this would not be my first choice.
There were 2 employees at the table across from us that were filling the bags with the silverware that is given out when you get a table. They were doing it barehanded, no gloves and touching the knifes by the blades, not grips and the forks by the fork end, not the handles. We thought that was bad, but one of them dropped some in the floor...and still placed them into bags to be used!!! Nasty...people are basically eating off of the floor!!! My girlfriend's food came, then mine about 10 minutes later! I paid extra for the brisket burger, but I took several bites and never tasted any brisket! I opened it and saw very few strands of brisket. I've ordered it before and it had plenty of brisket and very good. This time, basically none on it... couldn't taste it or barely see any! I ordered the strawberry lemonade, they charge for each refill, no other restaurants we go to charge, they are free refills, examples, IHOP, Texas Roadhouse. The server was a little rude, forgot her name. We have been to this location 3 times, 2 BAD experiences, 1ok....seems like the tables and floors are always dirty...NEVER GOING BACK to this location!!!
Worst experience I’ve ever had with this franchise. A friend and I came here and walked to the bar area as usual and not one empty table had even been wiped clean with sticky residue all over them. It took 20 minutes to even get a server to come to our table. We were told there was no queso which is understandable but then there were no paper towels in the restroom either. We saw the girl that ended up being our server just standing around talking to other employees in the corner by the bar even after my friend ordered a beer that wasn’t even being prepared. After sitting and waiting for a while to have a server come to us I looked around the bar area and still not one table was being cleaned while your employees are standing around talking. The only two people I saw doing any work at all were a guy named Chris and a guy named Momo. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. My friend and I were saying we bet our food has been ready and just sitting there and we were right. We got our food and it wasn’t even warm. You guys need to fire most of this staff because they’re terrible and giving you a bad look. It wasn’t even busy in the bar area but I guess talking to other employees is more important.
Went here after North Rig Grill just left my family and I standing there as if we were posters. Glad we did. We had a good time and tip the waitress really good.

Had to seat myself at the tall tables by the bar. Server took order for drink promptly. Returned with my drink fairly quickly. Took forever to get my food once ordered. My wedges were cold and my hatch burger was sloppy and all over the place. Couldn't really blame my waitress for that. Doubt I'll be going back to this location. I did tip her 10 bucks just because..
This is the worst location I have ever visited. I ordered the ultimate nachos. I received a cold plate of chips with a few traces of cheese, cold shredded chicken and some peppers. Not to mention it was not clean, anywhere. I will never go back.
Got a table right away which is why I put 2 stars. But not all 5 because I been waiting 20 minutes to order my food and find out my wings were wrong and got remade and then it’s right but my chicken was no meat all breading and they forgot my fries and charged it but the server took it off. Paid and left and wanted to tip but with the poor service I received I didn’t. It’s on BWW to pay servers by the hours and not rely on tips but tips should be a bonus for service
