A very clean and nice arbys. The lady at the drive through was sweet, attentive and just overall awesome.The food was fresh, aside from the sandwich being a tad bit cold.That’s ok though. It was still good.We also got fresh mozzarella sticks.Overall a great arbys location I suggest.
My husband & I LOVE Arby's Greek (lamb) gyros! They are DELICIOUS!! Get napkins. They can be drippy, but that's what's so good!! You don't want a dry sandwich!?Sooo yummy, imo!!! ?
I love me some Arby's roast beef, but my last 2 visits have been HORRIBLE!!!!
Food was great, but when asked if you want arby sauce or horsey sauce and you tell them horsey and they fail to get it in the bag really kills a good rating for me. You offered it, I was excited about it, you failed to put in there and now I'm double disappointed.
I said I would never go back into the Sherman Arbys but I did and I am glad I did I went in yesterday and discovered that there was a new General Manager and when I tell you she has turned that store around I mean it is clean and the food was on point. The staff was very friendly and the new Manager Lisa was great. I had a simple question and she answered it in such a great manor. I will def be coming back in here as a regular. So thank you Lisa and thank you to her wonderful crew.

The Arby’s here in Sherman used to be so good! I brought my daughter here and we each ordered beef and cheddar sandwiches. A large part of the way Arby’s used to taste is based on how thin they shaved the beef. The sandwiches we were given were not the same. The beef was sliced thick causing the texture to be different and the meat to be tough. So disappointed.
Food is always so good when we go. Quick and affordable. Definitely a go to for lunch during errands.
Always good food but the wait is way too long. Sat in drive thru for 17min for a roast beef sandwich And a drink
