Everything tasted cooked to order and not heated, waiting to be placed on the tray.Employees could be a little friendlier but they were not terrible, like some other places.Music wasn’t blaring, thankfully.Room temperature was perfect. Not too cold, just right.
Love location. Right off the hwy. Great place to reunite with friends and family. Hadn't seen our friends over a year due to covid and perfect spot for us to meet as they live out of town. Both adult and kid friendly meals. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. Never can go wrong with their fresh hot fries! The Whatacatch still personal favorite. Young man still walks around offering the condiments.
Easily one of the top 3 Whataburgers within 150 miles! This place is constantly working on setting the bar high with customers service and food quality. Thanks for making me smile.I've worked in customer service for over 20 yrs, having hot fresh food with a smile and a good morning go a long way. We stop by every time we head to Port A. It's nearly tradition. Need I say more. Thank you.
This place was great. The guy that brought us our food was super polite and had excellent customer service skills. I forgot his name but he walked with a permanent limp. If I had my own company I would hire him in a heartbeat
The service was relatively fast and friendly at the drive thru. I decided to TRY the new burger with the pickles, Cole slaw and bacon. It Looked good in the photo but came out nothing like it looked. Meat was dry, overcooked. I couldn't tell if I liked the coleslaw, pickles and bacon on the burger due to the meat being overcooked.
I tried something different and didn't really like it as much as the jalapeno whataburger. The melt was too messy and the sauce was spilling out and onion were burnt. Service was great and everything was freashly made. Order Cobb salad with grilled chicken 3 times and it was made different 3 times.
Awesome employees here but the star of the show is most definitely Moses! What a Rockstar. Awesome energy and the most respectful person we have ever met! Thank you for a great lunch experience!
Food was great service was awesome. The manager had a complicated proble with a softball team and was still so friendly and very polite. Sorry I did not get his name but he needed to be rewarded for being so nice the way those people acted towards him.....Thanks for the great service and food
Whataburger as a whole has gone downhill fast since the Dobson family sold out. Today I came in for lunch and the restaurant was full at 1:30 p.m. The cashier tried discouraging everyone from ordering by first advising it would be a very long wait for food. I get it- everyone is short and nobody wants to work anymore. But discouraging customers from eating? Not good business practice. Whataburger mgmnt needs to figure out a better business strategy. BTW- 15 minutes latter and I just got my food…smh… very disappointed Whataburger!
Incredibly slow. From order.... to food in hand, it took nearly 30 minutes in the drive through. And my order was messed up. I made it easy too.. #1 with cheese. Everything on it and an unsweet tea...
