My wife and I went through the drive thru and ordered ICED tea with our meals.We received warm tea with no ice and I asked the employee if they were out of ice and he said "Yep we haven't had ice all day"I asked him if they should tell customers that when they ordered and he said yep.He walked away from the window and I drove off with warm tea.
It took us 30 minutes to get through, the kids at the window were completely inconsiderate. The window attendant decided to restock straws and cups as our food sat there. Still hadn’t asked for payment. Once he decided he was ready he took our payment, we were missing a water, still leaving our food beside him he haves our water. As I look through the bag. We are missing napkins, salad dressing, a fork and straws. So I had to go back. The worst Whataburger, horrible costumer service. Will never go back.
This location always forgets part of the drive thru order no matter what time we go or how busy it is. Used to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is a constant occurrence. Get it together Whataburger!
Just waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru and get my food and no fork or salad dressing for my salad. I guess it's my fault for not double checking my order prior to leaving. Not pleased at all with this visit. Would not recommend...definitely not worth the wait and to have the order still messed up...not cool at all.
They were really helpful and tried to substitute my meat patty with hash browns. Only problem they switched up burgers and placed bacon and cheese on my hash brown patty ?
Ordered in drive thru. That guy was friendly but had to drive back and deal with crystal at the counter. Very bad attitude and seems like customers bother her. And the manager nayeli wasnt that much better. The other manager wearing gray was super nice. Seemed to try to help everywhere she could on top of training. So she and the drive thru guy were the only reason they have 3 stars not 1
Talked to the Manager Walking out about solar panels and he is a great guy very nice, though the cheese taste different on these burgers we’re not upset, we just want to know what’s going on with the cheese lol - loving my meal though thank you guys ! ?
The burgers were super dry, the chicken strips were complete garbage. Would never get the chicken strips again. one bite, threw them away. The only saving grace was the fries were good and the shakes were pretty decent. But for the burgers to be so dry and yuck when "burger" is in the name!
Good food and good employees but the line is always very slow and sometimes takes an hour to get food. they need to figure something out
Very disappointed! Went there on 1/28/22 . I got home without a complete order. I had two burger combos and a chicken strip combo. The crammed both burger bags on top of the chicken strip combo which smashed it . Also no onion rings as ordered. My elderly mom was disappointed.
