wife and daughter love wendys so when we are in sequin we usually stop there for them, crazy part is that even in 2022 they are still in lock down mode and have yet to open the lobby up to people, it took almost 45 min sitting through drive through to get our food finally, and i counted 4 different employees working. not sure if cant get enough help to open lobby up or just figure easier to manage people thru drive thru only.
Our large family finally made a combined decision on Wendy's for dinner. It took a while. We pull up, make our large order, go to pay, and the credit card machine wasn't working. They kept making our order and tried another cc machine. Still not working. We gave them a different cc just in case. Still didn't work. Our full meal was sitting by the window, ready to go, when the manager just says "The machine is offline." We asked what options we had. She coldly asked, "You don't have cash?" "No, ma'am, we don't," we replied. "I'm sorry. There's nothing I can do." We expressed some disappointment, but in the end... we drove away, cranky kids and all. A full meal sitting by the window, going to waste or for the employees to eat. Seriously?! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because James, the first employee at the window, was a delight to talk to while we waited... and waited.
I arrived 35 min before close with 2 cars inline ahead of me the first car pulled around as i pulled in with on car a head of me the girl on the speaker said wait a few mins, it was 10 mins then she too their order she pulled up. I then pulled up and they said it would be a sec, it was 15 or so mins then when they ansered they told me tough luck we are closed. The girl was rude and i told her i wasted 30 mins waiting to order.The lobby was closed as well. Wont be coming back.
Waired in line for 15 minutes. Get to the area to placing order. No one said anything for 5 minutes. We said hello, person said just a second sir 5 minutes later we drive off. Close the place if you can't run your restaurant correctly. One car ahead of us because everyone else also left.
Every time I order door dash from yal .Yal just give me whatever yal want and i dont get lunch cause it stuff i cant eat than i try and call and nobody answers
Unbelievable with these fast food restaurants!! Ordered 2 burgers, Jr burgers for my special needs daughter come home and they are raw inside!!!! Like yall have 1 dame job and we are paying customers, this is unacceptable, will call corporate. Should of known better to go back
Hello Popeyes have you been to Wendy's and tried their chicken sandwich? I'd be worried coming from a Popeyes fan, their chicken sandwich is one of the best ones I've had, especially with this chicken sandwich battle going on. Looks like they're might be a new chicken sandwich sheriff in town and their name is Wendy's.
Worst experience ever.They can never get our order right.Our food was super cold by the time we even left the drive thru.They forgot half the order.Will not be returning back.
Me and my husband drive for uber eats and they always don't have the order people place and you have to wait for your order in the drive thru and wait till you get to window before they tell you they don't have it. It's happend 4 times at 2 different locations.
The food was ok but the customer service could be better. But at the same time it was better than previous experiences.
