Worst service and food ever. The drive thru line was around the building and when I finally got to the window, I watched the employees goof around wearing over size hats and ponchos for Cinco de Mayo. I do love the celebration but you are there to work. As a result the order wasn't complete and they had to complete the order. My steak fajitas were lukewarm and the chips were burned.
Warning do not go to Seguin taco cabana, they are racist. It Was service from drive through. The lady that took our order was so rude and unprofessional, ill get into that in a minute. We ordered got back to our hotel & discovered were missing half our food.So I sent my nephew with our receipt to get the rest of the food. He parked to go in but they were closed so by time he made it back around to drive through there was quite a line.When he got up to the ordering box the lady started yelling at him what did he want. She said come to window. When he got to the window you could literally hear her screaming & cussing profanity calling him a white cracker. The manager apologized & gave him his food. All I can say is shes lucky I wasn't there. Unfortunately, they kept the receipt. But I intend to go in & confront them & ask for corporate. A nearly $40 order with there terribly service. Don't go to this location in Seguin Texas. We went 4-15-22 @ 7 pm that should narrow down who that worker was I believe corporate owes us an apology for there racist worker.
Wow. This place is mainly run by a bunch of kids and they are kind of gross. The kid at the register uses his gloved hand to touch the food, the cash, the register... I mean what's the point really!? They messed up our order which was kind of a moot point point as we were a bit grossed out. The food was also cold and the chips were stale. These kids need another round of training or something.
I wasn't aware chicken jerky was served in a fajita taco but that's what I got. Stuff was so dry it must have come from the Sahara. Drive thru girl was nice. Dude on the microphone was rude as hel!.

this place has worse service than north korean labor camps. if you value your time, you’re better off spending 30 minutes driving down an empty dirt road. staff is incompetent beyond belief and management might as well get flushed down the toilet and they’re not even deserving enough of ending up in the sewage. owner probably just as incompetent, evident by a complete lack of oversight. wished i had the memory eraser from men in black to remove that putrid experience from my otherwise pristine road trip.
God I wish we had these in Kentucky! Friendly staff and good food. I have red meat allergy and our tacos were labeled bacon. They made sure every thing was okay for me!
I’ve eaten at this restaurant for over 10 years and I’ve never seen such a rapid decline in service and quality I’m sure we can blame COVID-19, but the staff doesn’t offer or provide salsa unless directly asked, even with drive-thru orders. Training seems to be lacking as is personal ambition because I asked a staff member if we had the salsa-ranch, she replied “yes, we do but I don’t think anyone made any.” The atmosphere is dark and the desire to serve customers is absent. Please attend and provide leadership and direction to resurrect this landmark quitting time gathering spot. Margaritas and nachos are calling us to gather and celebrate a productive day. Be the beacon and influence for the rest of Seguin.
Order the nachos, menu states it comes with all types of extras. I asked for no guacamole and extra sour cream. I didn't receive any sour cream and any of the other extras. Just beans cheese and chips
One of the best Taco Cabana's I've been to! Very helpful with my elderly mom who had a complex vegetarian order!
