Tried to go in at 9:24 pm. Door was locked but open sign was on. 2 boys inside wouldn’t even look at me.Sign says open until 10. Last time I tried this location the girl putting my sandwich together took a phone call about a babysitting job. The person called the subway phone to see if she could babysit!! Another time I went in and no body was around. I had to holler down the bathroom hall to get them to come out! I’m done!! Never using this location again. This location doesn’t even deserve 1 star!
Place was clean however upon entering was not greeted, the employees have a MEH! Look on their faces. The young and with his hair on top of his head just finished making somones sandwich then pulled his pants up with the gloves still on his hands, then was about to make mine had to ask him to change his gloves.
Not very sanitary and is run down. The owner needs to close this store down
3 times I've tried to order a sandwich here and they did not have it. 2 times the didn't tell me till an hour later when it was supposed to be delivered. 3rd time they called me, I changed my sandwich to a cold cut combo and they completely messed it up also and loaded it with mayo when I told them mustard. My kids bread was hard as a rock and felt like it was days old and they couldn't eat their sandwich either. And did not tell me that they didn't have the 4 bags of chips I ordered until I got there to pick up my order. Absolutely horrible experience 3 times in a row. Also very rude staff
Young man who was working there had no hair net and his hair was hanging over the top of his hat directly over the food.? He was also working incredibly slow. However, the young woman working with him was basically working both stations all with a smile. Kudos to her for her patience. ??
I had ordered online a salad from subway, and I know with the gas outage your gunna be swamped. But I've been waiting for anyone to acknowledge me, 2 people have gone straight to the register to let them know they ordered. I patiently waited, I know what it's like to feel rushed, so I sit and I wait. Another person comes in and she gets acknowledge and still lol no one asks if I need anything. I'm separate from the line, sitting at a table close to the online order pick up. I finally just went to the cashier politely asked if I could just collect the bag of chips and the drink I paid for w/ my meal. I left after waiting for 30 minutes unacknowledged, I didn't even ask for a refund. I warned another poor woman that was waiting at the door that she needed to ask for her order otherwise she'd be stuck waiting like I did. Hope you guys do better.
I called ahead to order about 20 meals for my team’s lunch at competition and was told each meal would be $6, then when it came time to pay they said it would be $7.49 a meal instead. After speaking with multiple supervisors beforehand to make sure the price was correct, and giving them the name of the supervisor who told me $6, they still would not change it when we had to pay. Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of this place. I chose this place for our mea because it fit in our budget, but now we are forced to pay over budget
You cant order online or by phone. When I tried to call I got hung up on twice. Then went there in person the guy with color hair was very rude. He acted like he didn't want to be there and gave a bad attitude. The other older lady didn't want to listen to what I had to say. They are no help. Don't plan on going back. Only gave 1 star because that's the lowest I could give.
Never had an issue with this place till today Don't think the meatball subs were correctly cooked. Throwing up and going to the restroom. Plugged up my kitchen sink with vomit
They had my sandwich ready for me when I got there and was great! The only thing I didn't really like was their app in which it told me that it would take 15 minutes before it would be ready and they actually had it made way before that. The app needs to be more reflective of their true turn around times.
