I’m a daily customer at this store/subway, online subway closes at10pm I arrived at 8:40pm while two other customers were in line waiting roughly 10 mins in line for the sandwich artist to tell me he’s was not going to serve me and that they were closed,at this time it was roughly 8:50 still over an hr before closing time. I work in a field of customer service and that is no way to treat a customer, especially with me being a 3 to 4 time a day customer for that store. I will never recommend this subway to no one. Now the people that work the store side are amazing and that guy should learn how to treat people from them.

And if you are going to close at 7 PM make sure the hours are correct in the Subway App. Did you enjoy my $31.69? The store on TX-46 honored the order so kuddos to them. I will never go to YOUR store again.

Asked for a foot long tuna and got a foot long tuna with only one scoop and a half of tune . When I asked I that's all the tuna you are putting on my sub. The person reply that's all I have do you want any other meat on there .
