The last time I stopped here they forgot to add the creamer I asked for and cannot confirm my order with a malfunctioning drive thru screen. I was in a rush so still stopped by for a good cup of coffee and turned out they were out of splenda. I canceled my order with a breakfast and drove to McDonalds to get my complete coffee fix with a meal.

Would give it a 5-Star but the young lady at the mobile order station seemed like she hated her job. Customers in line and she is just looking at us not asking if we need help or anything. Other than that, a great Starbucks. Very clean and fast. Had the pleasure of talking with Aaron who provided great customer service and making sure I was satisfied. Starbucks got a good one with him.

Needed a double shot of Expresso for this busy mother but couldn't spit the words out, the order taker knew exactly what I needed and even laughed when I told her I needed four straws to slurp it down as fast as I could. (I was only joking)

They were so nice! They made my ice coffee perfect! I got the mocha & Carmel with blonde shots! Whip cream & mocha & caramel drizzle. ?

Just literally left and had the worst experience when it came to customer service that one girl named Patricia in the drive thru needs to work on her attitude and maybe just maybe she’ll be better at her job.

This location is absolutely ridiculous. I came at 7:00pm and the doors were locked and they were only taking drive thru I had a mobile order and they couldn’t even handle me my order from the door. They had a long line, taking forever to make drinks while they sat and talked to people in cars. This location is the most unprofessional. I’ll take that extra 15 minute drive and start going to New Braunfels. They need different/better workers at this location.

It was ok. But I am not a big coffee drinker. I never know what to order. So I said surprise me. And gave them to things I can't have in it and I still didn't like it. Oh well I will keep trying. They were friendly.

I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve had to throw my drink away because it was burnt. Scalding hot and bitter for a regular white mocha when every other location can get it right is a waste of time.

They go very slow. They need better management.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Starbucks…. The drive through line was fairly long so I figured my girlfriend and I could go inside and hang out while we waited for our drinks. What a mistake! After ordering our drinks, we waited literally 40 minutes for them to come out. What was most aggravating is that while everyone was standing inside waiting for their drinks the staff were focusing mainly on the drive through. I watched probably 20+ cars come through as we were waiting. I would have been well on my way already if I had just sat in the line. Well… I was about to ask for my money back and leave since we were now running late but right I was asking the order came up. When I got my order it was the wrong size. I got a tall when I ordered a venti. I really didn’t want to wait so I was just going to leave but they assured me it would be fast, which it was. Maybe 40 seconds or so. So then they hand my my Venti Caramel Macchiato….. or should I say, my Venti glass of milk…….. I was beyond aggravated, I ended up just dumping it out. I will never go back again and would never recommend this Starbucks to anyone. Everyone inside waiting were beyond aggravated as well and some even just left without getting their orders. Absolutely awful service and product quality.
