This is a review by a GUEST not a regular review by me. Personally so to. Speak HE likes the food here at sonic enjoys the locoalAtmosphere but HE likea to eat in private rather then in a car so as FAST FOOD joints go Sonic is a good place for burgers and the drinks are great esspecially at HAPPY HOURAND that is how He would like to go. Stay in HAPPY HOUR and just leave. And stay in private both for eating & drinking so He Recommends the Happy hour best price's in town ?
Was givin the wrong bag with the correct receipt. However didn’t know until I got back to work. Called back up there and explained what happened. So I drive back to Sonic and it has taken 34 minutes just to get someone to the stall to fix my order. Finally got my order. cold fries and burger. Lesson learned stay the hell away!
We go to this location a lot because the other location has very rude staff . We are very disappointed pretty much ever time we go to either location slow.food cold,burnt,and Or soggy. Now we know why you can’t keep employees at the location on kingsbury over heard the GM completely embarrassing a younger employee with telling her she was gonna fire her if she didn’t do stuff in a timely manner. The employee tried to explain to the GM why it didn’t get done and the GM rolled her eyes and told her to stop making excuses. The GM did this outside where people could hear her I felt so sorry for the poor carhop that she was talking to slash yelling at that way when the girl was just trying to explain she couldn’t get stuff done cause the people that was opening with was late pretty much ever day and she couldn’t get in to get stuff done on time or the truck didn’t show up on time and she had nothing to work with.
Messed up both of my drinks. Took forever to answer the intercom. I was there almost 40 minutes. I had to order on the app. The food was not that great. The only upside was that I got my drinks half off because I ordered on the app.
Slow at answering the order box. Multiple cars waiting almost like one person running the whole restaurant. Ordered a Oreo Master shake and got a nasty shake with nothing in it but what looks liked food coloring. This sonic has gone downhill compared to the other ones.
Little to no service, very poor communication skills when ordering. Need to be trained how roP
This morning was the worst experience I ever had the carhop was rude the order was not made right and the add on were not put on. They sent out cold food and expected me to put it on. So I asked for refund and the rough looking guy in black handed me a piece of paper saying the refund was done and still have not seen it in my bank. What has happened to customers service and integrity at this location. No one smiles.
I always go there for their burgers and tator tots. I especially like the Mango strawberry slush.It stays delicious right down to the last drop. The food is made in a timely manner and the carhops are always in good spirits.
Not the best. Food was cold, double stuff oreo blast had no oreos, just wasn't the best sonic I've been to. The girl who helped me was great though. Told me to have a supersonic night. I dig that.
I waited for 9 am on a Sunday and they were not there. Couldn't cancel my order because they have to do it at this location. So i am out $20 until they can get me my refund 7-10 business days!! Totally unacceptable. Order at the Court street location from here on out
