Horrible experience. We only ordered one large order of fries, a pretzel and a small shake. We waited for over 20 minutes while others came a went and I pressed the button 3 times and finally a guy came on and said your order will be right out. When they finally brought it the food was cold and in a torn and crumpled bag like it had been given to someone else and returned. I asked for a refund but I was told by the manager that I couldn't get a refund without a receipt which wasn't included in my order. Then it took me another 10 minutes to work that out. Obviously, from reading the other reviews, this is a reoccurring issue at this location.
online ordered BBQ "jumbo" popcorn chicken for pickup but got maybe 4 decent nuggets and the rest was popcorn bread with barely any BBQ sauce. I called to inform, arriving a few hrs later with order in hand. A very sweet and personable short hispanic young lady greeted me with a smile and accepted my complaint along with the order and receipt. I requested a med snickers blast. It was almost the exact amount I would be due in exchange. Same girl comes back, bigger smile, says "we aren't supposed to exchange food for ice cream but I did it anyway" as she handed me a LG size blast. I politely thank her an leave. When I got hm I see that I did not receive a Lg Snickers Blast. It was all ice cream with snicker crumbs on the top.Lesson: Either stick to yr guidelines or come back with the correct request. You did me no favors, I'm still out the $5.49 with no receipt. Thanks pal
The lady that took our order continuously cut me off as I was trying to tell her what I wanted to order. She wouldn't even stop talking long enough for me to ask her to stop interrupting. Took the food home and there was no bacon on one of the 3 burgers ordered and was paid for. This is the 1st bad experience at this Sonic. I sure hope this person finds an new attitude tomorrow. 3/3/2022
The staff was very nice and apologized for the long wait. Honestly, it didn't seem that long, but smiling faces and good service are always a plus.
Last time I stopped there, placed my order and when I got to work order was incorrect. Checked the receipt and it wasn't what I ordered so I called and manager said she didn't see what I actually ordered, and I had to repeat myself twice that the order taker didn't listen to my order and keyed in something else. These young managers nowadays aren't what the managers were like back in the day.
It was a little disappointing to be waiting to pick up our food after ordering it in the drive-through, only to have everyone else be served before we were even able to pay or receive our order. Mind you, we were at the front of the line, at the window. To have every car hop bring us other people's food, asking "did you order this" or "did you order that," and not being able to find the vehicle the food originally belonged to...all while messing up our order, receiving the bottom of the barrel tater tots and forgetting to add items to our order.To say the least, I don't think we'll be back!
They were unable to to take a simple order of a hamburger w/mayo and tomato on it and get it right even after it was repeated 4 times, 4 times! The staff was unfriendly and inept. This particular Sonic has gone down hill and I won't be going there again.
I only ordered a cup of ice The first time I went and I again ordered another cup of ice the second time I went but both times it took 30 minutes to get me my cup of ice. Must be a great place if it takes that long to get your order out right?
If your looking for even halfway decent customer service this place isn't it. I'm not picky and rarely get mad about poor fast food service but I have tried and tried to give this particular location a chance. Hell I probably won't EVER go to another Sonic franchise again!! Thank you
Just got a drink and it was good. Going to get a lettuce wrapped burger but don't have the correct lettuce.
