Employees have an attitude. Lack eagerness and communication skills. Very unpleasant.Sandwich poorly made.Restroom was in sad shape. Will think twice before revisiting.
Management is terrible. Would only fill cup 1/3 with ice, the tea melts the ice, so tea you're left to drink had NO ICE and the manager refused to give any more ice to enjoy your "iced tea" with your $30 meal for 2. We could have gone anywhere for that price and enjoyed our tea WITH ICE! Their thought process is ignorant. Said she was conservativing ice for her customers. How about GO BUY MORE ICE for your customers!!Food was mediocre. Not up to the Schlotzskeys quality we are use to getting.
Great food people always nice just understaffed. Probably not their fault seeing how people don't wanna work now days
Drive through. Asked for sweet tea got unsweetened when asked to correct the mistake cashier refused. Sandwich was warm like it had been left out. Got diarrhea from it.
Visited this place a couple of years ago and I thought the flies were going to carry me away and the place was a mess/dirty.My visit 2 days ago was totally opposite, clean/neat and the sandwich was very good. Must be under new management or the existing management got its stuff together.

This is the best Schlotzskys I ever had. The food was perfect,the employees were friendly and helpful. I'd drive here from New Braunfels instead of the one here with people that don't care about service or quality in the New Braunfels store. Keep up the good work...

I would have gave 5 stars for food but this trip was the worst. Soup was cold and sandwiches were a mess. New Kids working there, I understand the shortages.
